Hotel in zona Lamaplast, Oraiokastro

La colazione ti ha fatto grasso a causa della varietà di prodotti di pasticceria, salmone e croissant molto delizioso.Suggerimento- scegliere filtrare il caffè. È fantastico.

This is a lovely hotel— spacious well-appointed rooms, little balconies (but no outdoor furniture), nice breakfast buffet, welcome snacks, lemon water in the lobby, nice courtyard area. BUT it is in a desolate flat commercial wasteland of abandoned buildings, grubby auto shops & even the occasional streetwalker behind the hotel.I’m not saying the area isn’t safe (as an American, I was probably much safer here than at home), but it is almost a 3km walk to anything of interest as a tourist. unless you are attending a conference onsite (as we were), you can find cheaper hotels in more attractive neighborhoods closer to town.

hotel di design molto bello e ben tenuto, colazione di eccellente qualità e abbastanza varia, pulizia della stanza non eccelsa e prodotti da bagno insufficienti per due persone, posizione non ottimale per visitare Salonicco dato che dista circa 15/20 minuti a piedi dalla zona centrale e servita da ristoranti ecc., nota positiva la fermata del BUS a poca distanza che con circa 2€ ti collega direttamente con l'aeroporto. Purtroppo devo aggiungere una grande nota negativa per un ”disguido” che è capitato... durate la prenotazione della struttura tramite booking ho scelto una camera con LETTO MATRIMONIALE; Al nostro arrivo in struttura mi hanno assegnato una camera con due letti singoli semplicemente avvicinati tra loro, appena notata la cosa insieme alla mia compagna abbiamo contattato la reception che personale ritengo abbiamo fornito una pessima assistenza (visto che parliamo pur sempre di un hotel 5 stelle); Prima hanno asserito che la camera che avevo prenotato prevedeva quella tipologia di letto, poi che era a discrezione della struttura scegliere la tipologia di letto a prescindere dalla mia prenotazione (cosa al quanto ridicola), non vedendo soluzioni siamo scesi personalmente alla reception dove insistevano che dovevo specificarlo io nelle richieste ”speciali” (ragazzi parliamo di un semplice letto matrimoniale in una camera matrimoniale!), e tutta questa manfrina è finita solo quando gli ho fatto vedere copia della prenotazione in cui era specificata la tipologia di letto scelta (ovviamente matrimoniale!!). A quel punto finalmente ci è stata assegnata un'altra camera dicendo che comunque stavano facendo un eccezione alla regola... per concludere, a Salonicco ci sono strutture molto più centrali alla metà del prezzo di questa senza rinunciare comunque alla qualità, sicuramente non mi rivolgerò più a questa struttura

Siamo stati a 3 notti in questo hotel a pochi passi dai principali siti turistici di Salonicco. E' vicino a una strada principale, quindi la nostra camera di fronte era piuttosto rumorosa, talvolta tardi alla notte. La stanza era di dimensioni ragionevoli e si aperse a un piccolo balcone. La signora ci ha accolti in modo amichevole e ci ha fornito molte informazioni sulla città quando ci siamo reclutati. Il colazione era molto buono, ma non ci è stato colpito il primo mattino, quanto il cibo fosse stato preso da un gruppo di viaggi a lungo termine e c'era un considerevole ritardo per riempire; non vi erano problemi simili nei giorni successivi. Nonostante l'hotel sia a 15 minuti a piedi dal mare, siamo riusciti a fare divertimenti alla Ladadika ogni giorno sulla strada di ritorno. Questa è una zona davvero buona per una buona scelta di cibo e bevande a prezzi molto accettabili. L'hotel è anche conveniente per il porto di traghetto. Salonicco è certamente valsa qualche giorno di soggiorno e ha un paio di musei davvero buoni moderni. Noi certamente considereremmo l'Hotel Anatolia se dovessimo tornare.

FIrstly, as soon as I arrived at the hotel, a friendly and warm welcome front office team, ready to answer all of my questions was waiting for me! My positive first impression would keep going as I'd enter the room. It was a really nice bathroom, a big, comfortable and clean bed, a satisfying mini bar and a smaller extra bed whose sheets were fresher than my own just-washed sheets. Furthermore, the breakfast was so rich, that I could not choose what to eat. There were the classics but also Greek cuisine wasn't missing. Last but not least, the atmosphere at the spa was really peaceful and relaxing, the music especially had the power totravel your mind to apeaceful landscape that would calm your whole body and soul. I tottaly reccommend it!

We stayed here for 4 nights as a base for visiting Thessaloniki. The hotel is well located on a busy central street. If you want to use the airport bus, it stops right outside. Our city view room was modern and clean, with good facilities. We had a comfortable big bed, fridge, safe, air conditioning and a bathroom with a large shower and a full range of toiletries. There was a coffee machine in the room, you could buy pods if you wanted to use it. The electric blinds were blackout blinds, so the room was nice and dark at night. The windows were effective at keeping out the noise of the traffic. The only issue with the room for us was that after the recent hotel renovation, you still cannot put toilet paper in the toilet, you have to use the bin next to it. Breakfast was good with a big selection of food including cereal, fruit, bread, meat, cheese, hot items, cake and pastries. The staff were helpful. There was a rooftop bar with a good view over the city. I would certainly stay here again if I return to Thessaloniki.

This hotel is so clean and friendly. The rooms are small but oh the beds!! So comfy i didnt want to get up. The bathrooms are also small and not a lot of room to move about but adequate for one :) the room was made up every day. We had a balcony that again small but adequate for 2 to sit out on. This is a city break hotel. There are no beaches near by, it would be 35 mins in a car to the nearest. We spend 6 nights here. We found a lovely place called the AVENUE by the umbrellas design. It had amble seating outside and was very popular by locals. It overlooked the sea, we recommend going here if you want to relax. The breakfast was continental with some hot food but not much, scrambled egg and mini sausages. There was no toast !! The breakfast choice for us was a little disappointing so we did not go on 3 days of our stay. For those who like to have a kettle, bring your own as there is no room facilities. Luckily mum had bought her travel one and tea bags !! There is a small fridge in the room too. We had a comfortable stay here and walked so much as there is a lot to see here. Restaurants are plentiful nearby, just across the road 20 steps away is a fab restaurant Kanoula that was perfect.

As long-term and frequent travelers to Thessaloniki, we found ourselves unexpectedly at the Mediterranean Palace through a snafu in reservations at another hotel in Thessaloniki. Dismayed at the unplanned change, we decided to make the best of our remaining trip. The mix-up, however, proved serendipitous. MP exceeded all expectations by far. From this point forward it will be our hotel of choice, a designation well -earned through superlative service by all staff, the finest culinary offerings, Martha-Stewart-topping holiday decorations and events, and choice location adjoining the famous Ladadika historical district of eateries. This is a full-service, five-star hotel (with bath-tubs) that won’t disappoint. We used the spa and restaurant regularly and were delighted even with the last available room in the hotel that offered us a lovely desk and sitting area, with a full bath and quiet location at the end of a corridor. But more than the typical descriptions from brochures and websites, the staff earned our deepest appreciation for their constant assistance. With our visual and mobility challenges, added to our tough “business” schedule, each of the staff looked out for us and helped make our trip a resounding success. Their attention to detail, unfailing cheerfulness and politeness impressed us as no other facility across the globe. In particular, we would like to thank the General Hotel and Customer Relations Managers. Not to be omitted are Ms. Katerina of the housekeeping staff; of the waitstaff, Mr. Giannis, Mr. Tassos, Ms. Despoina, and Ms. Georgia, among others who made our stay so memorable. We strongly urge travelers to book their stays at this hotel!

The hotel is located in the centre of the city, 4-5min from Aristotelous square/Ladadika/Agora Modiano etc. The staff were kind and helpful. We stayed at the Business room, which on site, the layout make it seemed smaller that 18m2. Both the room and the common spaces were clean. The decoration was simple, modern and the best thing of the room was the black bathroom. From the moment we got inside the room, the heat was very considerable, to the point of despite the windy weather outside (with 5 degrees temperature), we had the windows opened for hours to get things better. I assume that was the condition of this particular room which was at the end of the corridor and the sun was hitting it directly. The A/C central control was very difficult to use and we didn’t manage to success on changing the temperature. The breakfast buffet was decent with some great options like smoked salmon, 3 types of bougatsa, pastries..However, for a 5* hotel I would expect more variety and refills. We were going around 10 a.m. and many items were finished and weren’t getting refilled. So, the last day we asked for some smoked salmon in order we could try it at least once and the girl there has brought us some. Overall I think it is a nice choice if you don’t expect 5* amenities and I would select this again for a business trip.

Mi ha dato abbastanza sorpresa, i bambini sono anche molto soddisfatti, il senso dello spazio della casa e la posizione del divano sono molto attentamente e piacevole.Spero che Trip.com possa chiudere hotel simili all'estero, rendendo più disposti a condividere il significato del viaggio con Trip.com. Vicino alla famosa attrazione della città, è vicino al mare.
