The best hotel and the kindest staff. Everyone is loving, especially Ilva, Nensi, Marijan and Slobodan. Everything is perfect.Every time is a wonderful experience.The hotel has a special warmth. Family.The best place for rest and enjoyment

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days during our ultrasound congress. I had a very pleasant stay, the staff was friendly, the breakfast and the lunch were very good, and teh location is directly on the seaside.

This is a lovely hotel to stay in right opposite Opatija harbour in Kvarner Bay. The reception staff are all amazing. Ultra professional and so friendly with it. They are so helpful for any query/concern. We stayed in Villa Camellia with a sea view and the room was very comfortable with a small balcony, perfect to sit in the sun with a good book. The restaurant was clean and had a really good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast and dinner. Drinks service could be a little slow as there didn't always appear to be enough servers. They also covered the reception bar at the same time as dinner so perhaps this needs to be addressed. It would also be nice if tea and coffee were included after dinner rather than having to pay (a lot) extra at the bar. One waiter clearly did not want to bother himself with a cup of tea - brought Earl Grey when we asked for English Breakfast, (because he couldn't find it) then offered both Jasmine and Green tea as 'they are excellent quality and taste better.' That's as maybe but we ordered what we ordered as we don't like the alternatives! He then said he didn't have time to look for it as he had other guests to see to. It did get sorted - eventually - with the help of other staff. Special mention to Alex, one of the servers. She was genuinely happy and friendly and did her utmost despite being rushed off her feet. We had a small issue with insects in the room, but again reception were straight on to housekeeping and it was resolved very quickly. A couple of the housekeeping staff didn't appear to do much but on the whole they were very thorough. We used the wellness spa which was almost deserted on the day we went but seemed popular at other times - although the wellness pool could do with being turned up just a few degrees but that's just my personal preference. On the whole we had a really good time, despite the weather, which made us appreciate the hotel facilities more

Hotel is well situated. If offers secured indoor parking. We had a spacious family room with a huge balcony overlooking the bay. There's also an in-room safe in one of the bedrooms. Upon entering our room, we found a bottle of sparkling wine and a bottle of water with a handwritten note welcoming us. It was a nice, pleasant surprise. Hotel staff was warm, polite and helpful. The morning breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. The coffee machine kept displaying errors, but we soon learned that we could just ignore them and continue to get our latte. Also the bread toaster wasn't working. We were told we could park anywhere in the parking garage. But If you park at the -2 level, you can go directly to the hotel by going up one level (using the parking elevator) and go across the wellness area and use the hotel's elevator. This was especially helpful transporting our luggage to/from our room. Parking and navigating in/out of the garage can be somewhat challenging with a large vehicle. The drive way is very narrow. Note also that the exit is 2 levels above the entrance, which was confusing the first time we tried to get out. We had a few thunderstorms overnight on our first night, and our balcony was flooded with some dirt and debris. House keeping didn't clean it the next day. We didn't bother to get them clean it by the time we found out when we got back at night. But we were somewhat disappointed with that. All things considered, we enjoyed our stay here.

The Amadria Park Hotel is very well situated in Opatija. We stayed 2 nights, if we had stayed a 3rd night we would have had access to the Royal Park Beach. While they have a pool and we did use it the first day we went to the public beach area on day 2. Pay the extra and get a sea view room you will not be disappointed.Our room had a balcony but don’t expect sunsets off it as the sun sets behind the hotel not on the water side. They offer a very good breakfast to start your day. They also helped arrange a driver as we were flying out of Trieste airport and we had a delightful driver for that trip.
