Average stay. Definitely not worth the money. Dirty bathrooms and average food. Great staff.

Good- The hospitality and standards of taj were very well maintained. The garden area is beautiful. Breakfast was great!!
Not so good - the 2 bedroom suite had just one bathroom and the suits are in the middle of reception. No privacy in that sense.
The individual rooms are much better

Waah Taj. Always been excellent at serving and hospitality. Ooty Savoy Taj is a place where you can go anytime to have peaceful evening. My visit was attended by AADIL a brilliant person behind the bar counter. Polite, soft spoken and very good at his work. TANUSHREE served me the food again a very polite and humble person. It was a delight to spend my time there.

Experienced the Taj hospitality in a 195 year old villa, excellent care taken by entire staff. Loved the Paathya initiative on sustainability. Came back with wonderful memories and reduced stress levels. Lovely property with some amazing flora, treat for the senses

Itbisca very nice hotel considering other options around. All you need in one place and the service was amazing, a little pricey for what it is but the spa and activities are also a plus if hou can enjoy. Evenings at tge fire pit with Bingo games and yoga in the morning was great

Staying at savoy is like a second home now...warm welcome, delicious food and amazing people around what else one need for relaxing thank you Savoy for making it more memorable again. Spa therapy was rejuvenating See you soon next time.....

Nothing gets better than The Savoy in Ooty and I can state that with a fair deal of authority having been a guest for over 1/2 a century. With excellent service, food and warm hospitality you could not ask for a better place to spend a week or maybe three. No amount of time is enough to soak in the placid atmosphere.
