Welbeck Vintage by Oxygen Resorts

I booked a two night holiday at Ooty Welbeck Vintage with my Club Oxygen membership in Feb 2025. We were two families (4 adults & 3 kids). Reaching the resort by car, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff and helped us carry our luggage to our rooms. Though we had booked two suite rooms, we were offered one suite and family room adjacent to each other with a direct view to the scenic hills cladded with tiny houses, much to our relief and comfort. The resort itself is perched on a hill slope with vintage building style and the upkeep in general is classic, green and pleasant. The rooms were spacious and tidy with heaters to keep warm and cozy and well made beds with clean fresh sheets and fluffy huggable pillows that urge you to sink into them straight away!! There's electric tea pot, tea bags, coffee, sugar and milk powder sachets that are replaced upon request. Hot water is available in bathrooms from 6pm to 11am. Rooms are cleaned and beds are spread afresh daily. We ate mostly at the resort restaurant. The ambience there is fetching and the staff were friendly and courteous. There was enough variety of menu items and the food tasted great. There is a club room just beside the restaurant where we can hang out, play carroms and while away time till our ordered food arrives. The manager Ms. Shyni met us personally and enquired about our stay and tour plans. She ensured that our stay was comfortable and offered any help for future visits to Welbeck Vintage. She took the trouble to meet us as we checked out & wished us farewell 😊. Overall, the entire experience was fascinating and memorable. Great service at reception by Jaykumar. He was incredibly helpful in helping me organize everything for the trip. The room was well maintained and the view is nothing short of amazing. Peaceful atmosphere + kind people made the entire experience better!

In 4 days of our stay at Welback Vintage resort, best hospitality was experienced. From the Arrival call to our check out time, the staff and the Manager were always so co-operative, soft spoken, polite, respectful and helpful. The staff always carried a smile on their face. Ambience of the resort is mesmerising. Rooms were utmost neat and clean. Service provided throughtout the 4 days were up to the mark. Ms. Shyny guided us for planning our trip as and when we sought for the guidance, and the same helped us a lot. The stay at this resort was so pleasant and relaxing. We will surely visit the same resort if we travel Ooty again and would also recommend others to plan stay at Welback Vintage resort in their Ooty trip.

Absolutely perfect location for a stay in Ooty. Excellent management and helpful staff. Great restaurant staff who were always happy to accommodate our dietary needs. Wonderful views of Ooty and the mountains. Spacious and comfortable well appointed rooms!

One of the best places to visit for stay cations!! The scenic and panoramic view is a bliss for eyes😍 The place meets the vintage aesthetics and gives a cozy environment for people to relax. It's a must visit place!! The place is really affordable and the delicacies here are also mouthwatering and delicious!!🤩
