Warrie Head Resort

We enjoyed our 1 night here. We had the bungalow by the pool — and by the trees with the howler monkeys! They were fun to watch, and owner Debbie was nice enough to knock on our door to let me know they were there. The hotel and restaurant are conveniently located off the highway but are still quiet and peaceful. The restaurant food was good and Amy, our server, was amazing. We walked around the beautiful grounds and saw the river and horses. (Missed the big toucans, though.) If you’re looking for a no frills stay in a great location, this is it.

Our accommodations were fabulous. We held a weekend, business conference, and the staff was outstanding in serving our needs. Way exceeded Anyone's expectation. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, lush and green. To top it off. The food at the restaurant was outstanding.!

We had the opportunity to spend eight wonderful evenings at the rustic Warrie Head Resort. The host and hostess ensured that our stay there would be memorable and that we would be eager to return. From the clean and very comfortable air conditioned , guest rooms to the delicious meals that we enjoyed while being treated to the sights and sounds of the Great Outdoors!

Warrie Head Resort is an outdoor paradise experience. As soon as you travel down the winding entrance you notice stunning palms and greenery. The grounds at the resort are lush with tropical flowers. The outdoor dining is so friendly with delicious food very well prepared. The pinnacle of your experience is meeting the owners, which will happen at your arrival. They greet you with warmth that lasted through out our stay. This couple is truly committed to their guest. We had an amazing time at Warrie Head. As soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed like we were part of the family. The hosts were superb and so accommodating! Even though the kitchen was about to close, the chef prepared a delicious dinner for all 6 of us. The grounds are beautiful! There are wild horses, howler monkeys, toucans and so much more. It was the perfect place and we couldn't recommend it enough! We will definitely go back the next time we go to Belize.

We went there after visiting Xunantunich Ruins. Just happened to see the Sign on our way back to Belmopan and were just going to haver Dinner. The hostess was very accommodating and Super nice . We looked at a few rooms just for curiosity and decided to stay the night. The rooms were great and the Ac was a nice change on a 96+ deg. day. The dinner was excellent and there was fresh Cheesecake cooling that was very good. We took a walk around the Grounds and down to the river to see the Horses. We mentioned that we had to leave early to get to the Airport and wondered if there would be a Breakfast ? The next Morning The Owner cooked us a Traditional North American Breakfast that was Delicious before the cook arrived. A very nice experience all around. Excellent Birdwatching , Food and Drink. Also Howler Monkeys can be heard in the evenings.
