This hotel was very nice, clean & the staff was pleasant. The rooms were very spacious and had everything you needed. The area is nice and has a lot of places around where you can walk to. The beds were comfortable too!!

Bed is awful. I slept head to foot with my husband to slightly avoid the saggy spot in the mattress. Breakfast was better than most hotel food. Good selection of hot food plus all of the usual hotel breakfast type stuff. Morning staff was very nice at check out. Afternoon staff was not so nice at check in. Pool heater and jacuzzi is broken. I was very sad about that. I was really looking forward to it.

I generally like the Ayers Hotel. The rooms are always spacious, clean, and smell good. The staff are professional and very attentive. Yesterday while staying at this Ayers, I was extremely disappointed. 1. The hallway where my room was smelled like mildew. Like how freshly cleaned carpet that isnt all the way dry smells. My room smelles the same way as the hallway, but more of a musty/mildew odor. What really got me was the critter cockroach that roamed its way from one way to the next. Upon seeing it, I immediately contacted the front desk to ask for a different room. I didnt mwntion the room smell because I was more concerned about the critter on the wall. The gentleman who answered the front desk phone was very understanding, apologetic, and attentive. He told me to gather my things and come to the front desk for a new room. The new room, 5202, smelled great! It also didnt have any visible critter cockroaches crawling around on the ceiling or walls. The room was great with the exception of the bright light right outside my window. The room has the thicker curtains to block it out, but they dont close. They are basically decoration only. I didnt complain about the light because I didnt see the point. Whoever designed the hotel and did the decor didnt think about the small details. Who wants a bright light shining into the their room window at night? The mor ing manager was very apologetic & gave me a 10% discount. I didnt ask or expecting anything so thank you!

Nice place with large rooms. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is made to order on weekdays. Would definitely come back.

The front desk lady forgot to put me down for a 6:30 am airport shuttle!!!! Inexcusable! I am grateful to the lady at the desk when I went down to catch the shuttle being sure that a shuttle was available to me in just a few minutes but the woman at check in should be reprimanded. Also, when I got in at 10 pm after a 7 hr delay due to airline there were NO healthy snacks or food available. There should at least be a small snack bar with drinks & maybe fruit available at all times as in most 3 star hotels. The room seemed very clean & comfortable.

Stayed overnight to attend a show at the Toyota arena, it was about a 15-20 minute walk. Hotel room was spacious and clean Bathroom had a nice loud fan and big shower Breakfast was basic as was complimentary, not much variety- eggs potatoes meat and cereal, no frills. Not many places open for breakfast in the area but TONS of spots for lunch and dinner. Right next to a HUGE indoor mall. overall would stay again.

Once I realized I can enter the property off of Milliken, I was goood. I love my overall stay and the breakfast. The lady serving breakfast English es broken, but she had us laughing. Her spirit was beautiful and uplifting.

Really enjoyed a quick night at Ayres before my flight home the next morning. Rooms are spacious and cover all bases. Full breakfast in the morning was delicious too
