MPT Temple View, Omkareshwar is arguably the best place to stay at Omkareshwar, managed by Madhya Pradesh Tourism, this hotel offers a blend of simplicity, cleanliness, and breathtaking natural surroundings. The hotel is perched on a small elevation that offers a magnificent view of the sacred Narmada River and the Omkareshwar Temple. The rooms are basic but well-maintained. They’re spacious, clean, and have a charming old-style vibe. Some rooms have balconies that open to a direct view of the river and the temple—definitely worth booking if available. The bed and bathroom were tidy, though the decor feels a bit dated. The in-house restaurant serves only vegetarian food, as expected in a temple town. The meals are simple, home-style, and quite delicious. The breakfast spread is limited but fresh. I appreciated the hygiene and prompt service in the dining area. The staff is polite, warm, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and the staffs are helpful to arrange a local guide and transport for temple visits and sightseeing. MPT Temple View, Omkareshwar is a Government -run hotel that offers a comfortable stay with scenic views particularly appealing to pilgrims and travelers visiting Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga Temple.

Recently stayed at MPT Omkareshwar and found the experience to be below my expectations. The cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms was subpar, and the facilities seemed outdated. While the location near the Narmadaji is beautiful, the overall maintenance could use significant improvement. The staff was helpful but overwhelmed, which affected service efficiency. Food served specially breakfast needs a lot of improvements. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it unless there are substantial changes made.

Just had an amazing stay at Temple View Hotel! 🌄 The rooms were super clean and spacious, and the balcony view of the river and mandir was absolutely stunning. Loved the peaceful hilltop location. Staff were really kind, and the food was tasty and affordable. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing getaway! 🙌✨

Hi this is Vishnu supe I wanted to share experience of the mpt hotel situated in omkareshwar (Ujjain) . The hotel was fantastic all the services were quick as wind . The food was great. The scenery was also great with Narmada river . The hotel person anand was also very helpful he guided us all the tourist spots which helped us a lot . Thank you

My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and well below expectations. In every aspect, the experience felt subpar. The room was unclean upon arrival, with dusty surfaces and stained linens that immediately gave off a neglected vibe. Things only got worse in the bathroom — there was a persistent foul odor, and to make matters worse, the cistern was leaking, creating a constant puddle on the floor. It was both unhygienic and uncomfortable. The food was another major letdown. The quality was poor, lacking both taste and freshness. It didn’t meet even basic standards, and there were very few decent options to choose from. For the prices charged, this was simply unacceptable. The overall upkeep of the property seemed neglected, and the staff, while not outright rude, appeared disinterested and unhelpful. Basic hospitality seemed missing throughout the stay. Honestly, if I had known the conditions beforehand, I would have chosen to return to Indore rather than spend a night here. I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves a clear warning to future travelers. Unless significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
