We have stayed here a few times now and have never been disappointed. The entire staff was super friendly, helpful and very pleasant to chat with. Talon H in valet was super nice when we ended up checking in at 1am due to a delayed flight. Morgan at the front desk was very accommodating at such a later hour. Gillian in the concierge room was fantastic and super nice. Great job Marriott!

Riah at the front desk was FANTASTIC! Answered all of my questions, hooked me up with a great room and lounge access. I stay at this Marriott frequently and it’s my favorite hotel in the country! Keep up the great work Riah, and thank you again!

Talon was amazing! I came in late with a baby, luggage, purse & diaper bag and he was so accommodating, helpful & kind. I needed him in that moment & I didn’t even have to ask. This was after somehow getting my reservation messed up, I was frustrated but Talon was so willing & happy to help he defused my frustration.

A family visit to celebrate 21st Birthday with our college student. It was just perfect! A wonderful hotel. The rooms were well appointed - comfortable beds. The staff were friendly- super food at the restaurants - and great location for downtown Omaha fun! A shout out to DW in the executive lounge. He was a great host - fun and helpful. He made the visit special!

The Good: The concierge lounge was very nice and cozy. Nice atmosphere and snacks to enjoy. The TVs were a nice touch. The lady assigned to the lounge kept it very clean and stocked. The front desk staff were very helpful and checked me in flawlessly. The common areas were very clean. The room was very clean and bedding was comfortable. Furniture was very comfortable and in good shape. The room had a safe and iron with ironing board. Great bathroom with good lighting and shower heads. Very good stay, will return. The Bad: Little noisy for being downtown but not a show stopper.

I always come to Omaha for business. I use to stay at different hotels, but now I always stay at the Marriott. It always a pressure to see Nancy and her awesome team in the valet. Always take good care of my vehicle, always with a great smile. Devon and Brad are amazing as well.

This is a very comfortable place to stay in Omaha. Plenty of amenities in and around the hotel with great hosts like Dwayne in the concierge lounge. The gym has everything you need as well as a perfectly temperature’d pool. I especially enjoyed sitting on the couch next to the window to enjoy the view of Omaha

As a Marriott Platinum member, I have been seriously thinking of leaving the Marriott brand. I have had many poor experiences over the past couple years. It is not what it was! But at the Omaha Marriott I have had to reconsider it. The concierge lounge is an actual lounge (unlike many other Marriott M lounges). Gillian was especially outstanding with great customer service and providing a fantastic breakfast! The front desk was very customer focused and the rooms were big and comfortable. I will definitely stay at this Marriott again!

Touon did a great job of taking care of my vehicle and making sure it was charged and ready to go every day. He would make sure the car was down and ready quickly and always did it with a smile. My day would usually start early and end late and he was always there. Best service ever!!
