La posizione è buona e a buon bilancio, ma non c'è niente di bello su questo hotel. Nessuna bottiglia d'acqua, nessun bagno e nessun asciugamani. Ci siamo chiesti 2 asciugamani e ci hanno fornito una tassa. Quando si è verificato, hanno detto che dovevano esserci 4 tovaglie, 2 che dovevano essere nella stanza come complimentare e 2 che avevamo chiesto. Le tovalette sembrano rags in giro. Mi hanno lasciato andare e non mi hanno fatto pagare per le tovaglie ”scomparse”, ma mi hanno chiesto di pagare P100 per le tovaglie presuntamente supplementari.Che poi mi sono reso conto che non avrei dovuto pagare, perché avrei dovuto avere due tovaglie complimentari in primo luogo che hanno non è stato posto nella stanza.L'odore sull'ascensore è cattivo anche nella stanza. Il pavimento si sente aperto e abbiamo visto un cazzo di cazzo che si stava sdraiando intorno.I corridoi sono bui e alcune piastrelle sono state sdraiate e ineguali, abbiamo trillato poche volte.La vasca del bagno non ha un sedile copertura. È troppo male che non ho preso le foto. Migliore rimanere altrove. Avrei dovuto leggere le recensioni di Tripadvisor e prenotare altrove. Mi sono fidato delle recensioni di Agoda che mostravano solo le recensioni positive quindi finirono la prenotazione in questo hotel.

La mia visita era meravigliosa!L'hotel era pulito e la stanza era a disposizione. Gretch, il Front Desk, è stato grande e molto informativo sulle attività in questo campo e ha fatto il suo meglio per aiutarmi con il trasporto e probabilmente è stato uno dei migliori impiegati del Front Desk che abbia mai affrontato.

UUtente ospiteI my family and I rented three rooms here in December 2022. Two rooms with a king size bed and one room with two queen size beds. All rooms had spectacular views from their private balconies. The Wi-Fi connection was not strong in one of our rooms but the staff promptly moved us into a new room. We especially enjoyed how the hotel offers massages in the room. The beach was rocky but the view was unbeatable. The breakfast in the morning was great and cost friendly and the dinner in the evening was even more cost friendly and so tasty. We can’t wait to return here during our next trip to Subic!

GGuenterThe pub part of the offer was outstanding, Magners on tap, real British pub atmosphere, best calamares I had in decades. Nice seats watching out on the bay. Could not be sny better in England.
The rooms were rather soso, and I don’t mean the size or rudimentary furniture. There were small ants all over so I kept my suitcase closed. There was a loud fan in the room and a rattling a/c in the bathroom window. The shower fittings were adventurous and the water flow very low. And the rental requirements did not make me feel really welcome, read yourself to make your own opinion.
I had a quick dip in the water in the morning and left a day early.
In general, I would rather pay 10 bucks more and have a decent shower and a/c and no bugs in my room.

The room a very small, and with almost 3500 per night overprized! No kettle, no ref, no hot water, very bad internet, and a very welcome early in the morning staff by 6am which was very noisy! After 7pm was the mysic switch on, noisy continue! At the terraze you getting anoid from local vendors over lobster, fish, pasalubongs and more things you does not need! At the end i had enough! Noise level fare to high! We paid for 4 nights after 1 night we get informed we will not receive anything back!!! Very unprofessionel handling of complains Pool water is green many tiles are damaged and wood is rotten

UUtente ospiteThis is an excellent choice when visiting Subic/Baretto. Alan, Gretchen and Martin are super welcoming, and push the boat out to make the place somewhere where everyone feels welcome; whether you are a single traveller, just having a quiet break, or a group looking to have a blast! Like many venues in Baretto, there’s a pool league that happens on a Tuesday and a Friday, giving ample opportunity to browse around, however Wednesdays has the best quiz in town, which is more of a “social gathering” where you can simply pitch up and ply your vast/limited knowledge in the hope of obtaining a few free drinks! There you will find Craig, who will instruct you in exploring the many aquatic delights of subic bay scuba wise, and the food and service is always guaranteed a smile too. Long established as having been well owned, well run and a great place for a few jars, you should definitely give this place a try when in the area.

Poche ore dopo ho ricevuto un testo che diceva che la stanza che mi è stata data era più costosa e potevo pagare la differenza o lasciare. Dopo un argomento ho scelto di pagare il differenziale, ma nonostante tutti i segni della carta di credito sul conto, il ricevitore non poteva accettare la mia carta, perché non sapeva come funzionare la macchina. Non potevo collegarmi a Internet e mi è stato detto se guardavo la mia scheda chiave la password era li', ma presto hanno scoperto che avevano messo la password sbagliata sulla mia chiave. Quella notte ho trovato che la nuova lampada a letto non funzionava, né ho potuto aprire la cassaforte che era chiusa. Il sito web indicava che il tè e il caffè erano forniti nella stanza, non c'era nessuno, menzionava anche un coperchio o un cuscino, ma il mio letto aveva una sola foglia sottile. il frigo del bar aveva un elenco di prezzi di bevanda infilato alla porta, ma era vuoto. La finestra del vetro è stata spezzata e il vetro rotto è stato tenuto insieme a una cassetta incollata (foto fornito !) Quando mi è stato detto che non dovevo pagare la differenza nella stanza !!

To date after traveling 15 years to the Philippines the Long Island Iced Tea is unbeatable. The restaurant staff seemed to remember my preferences at all times. At times the resort was packed but the staff managed a very large party very well. Lea at reception never fails to impress with her memory and she is always good at handling special request. A request for me to supply my own seafoods for the chef to cook was handled well & cooked as requested . check-in & check-out was seamless.

La stanza che ci hanno messo nel nostro ufficio, non ci siamo mai fermati, perché aveva sigillato, gabinetti odori, frigo rotto e odore, ventilatore rustico e polveroso, stanza senza finestre, e mosquiti che si scontravano intorno, questo dovrebbe essere la loro stanza deluxe. Il dipartimento frontale finalmente ha deciso di mettere in una stanza diversa, che era un miglioramento, ma purtroppo tutti sembravano piuttosto depressi, senza sorridere, senza saluti. La zona del bar a notte è completamente morta, nessuna musica, nessuna atmosfera, e alle 9:00 tutti iniziano a pacchetto, sweep e pulizia che abbiamo preso come segno di andare.

Poi, ancora una volta, uno o forse due altri membri del personale non nominati erano insoddisfatti dalla presenza dei nostri ospiti alberghi, che sembravano essere un trucco di atteggiamento. Se non gli piace il lavoro, perché devono essere ritenuti da parte del datore di lavoro dell'hotel? Inoltre, l'hotel potrebbe postare in ogni stanza copie dei menu Jewel Cafe & Restaurant per noi ospiti che chiedono cibo al giorno, poiché il ristorante è solo passi lontano dal sonno e dal soggiorno. Altrimenti, il mio alloggio era soddisfacente con un sacco di negozi, bar e venditori di cibo all'aperto lungo la strada nazionale.

YyouseongIl modo in cui andai a Benang da solo, così era un po' complicato, ma facile arrivare lì prendendo una macchina. DderektripsNew and improved rooms and restaurant. I always stay here. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The pool is secluded and relaxing. Only steps away from the beach. Lots of bars within walking distance. You can find local cuisine as well as American food nearby.
