This is a very nice hotel to visit. We have had dinner here before, but this time we had the pleasure to spend 2 nights here. The hotel is beautiful and looks fantastic, as was our room. The restaurant was first class, and we were very much looking forward to dining here again. The food excelled as always, but we really must mention our hostess Renata. She really stood out and went over and above her expected service. Absolutely fantastic service from her! Hotel Congress, please look after her as staff like this are hard to find. We will definitely stay here again, lovely place.

Das Hotel liegt in sehr guter Lage zum Zentrum und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Straßenbahn. Das Apartement war sehr gepflegt und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Küche war auch sauber und für 2 Personen eingerichtet. Die Räumlichkeiten sind groß und hell jedoch nicht hellhörig. Lediglich fehlten Vorhänge zur starken Verdunklung. Für uns kein Problem jedoch für Personen die es gerne sehr dunkel haben könnte es zum Problem werden. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Parken in unmittelbarer Nähe ist kostenpflichtet. Unser Fahrzeug haben wir nach dem Ausladen in der Garage ”Kryté parkoviště Namiro” beim Magistrat geparkt. Die Garage ist zu Fuß (ca. 20 Minuten) oder mit der Tram zu erreichen. Kosten CZK 150,00/Tag - Stand 12/2021. Frühstücksbuffet war gut und frisch und wurde laufend aufgefüllt. Sollte etwas fehlen kann man gerne das Personal dafür kontaktieren und wenn es vorhanden ist wird es gerne serviert.

L'appartamento è pulito e tempestivo, è spazioso, le strutture sono buone, l'acqua è buona, il parcheggio è spazioso e la sicurezza d'accesso è completa, ma la gente che si ferma è facile da accedere. Molto consigliato per chiunque viaggia intorno a Olomotsu o in questa zona!

Abbiamo dormito qua per una notte e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la camera pulita accogliente e molto spaziosa, soprattuto a mio avviso silenziosa; la colazione nulla di eccezionale ma è più che sufficiente. La posizione è ottima, davanti vi passa il tram e con sole 18 corone e 4 fermate (7 minuti) siete in centro che merita essere visto. Se vi capita di dovervi fermare a Oloumuc per una sosta questo hotel è perfetto.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole all'Hotel Comfort di Olomouc. È stato un luogo perfetto per esplorare la bella città. La stanza era molto pulita con tutto quello che era necessario per un soggiorno di notte. Le tasche erano spesso per l'estate, ma l'A/C ci ha aiutato a raffreddare la notte. Ho fatto un errore di prenotazione con la data sbagliata e le signore al check-in erano molto comprensibili. Gabriella era amichevole, gentile e parlava perfettamente inglese. Il colazione era grande! Abbiamo davvero goduto della selezione e soprattutto delle torte a casa offerte. Che bel modo di gustare qualcosa unico dalla Repubblica ceca.

Modern, clean, stylish hotel with free parking. The receptionist, a really friendly and competent young blonde girl, told us where to park in Olomouc in a private car park a little cheaper than the city hall parking meters. She also recommended a great restaurant near the clock for dinner.
