Everything would have been lovely if it weren't for the horrible experience I had with the staff (manager, receptionist, cleaning staff). It started in mid summer when the hotel decided to install a water saving apparatus in all the faucets reducing the water pressure by no less than 50%, what used to be a quick 2 minute shower became a slow 20 minutes, even filling the kettle with water took forever. The cleaning staff did not clean at all they just straightened the blanket on the bed, but under the blanket they left all the dirt and crumbs. I had dead bugs on all the shelves in my room. None of the cleaning staff cleans inside the fridge or inside the microwave. Almost all could be forgiven if only the morning receptionists weren't the coldest rudest people you could ever come across, imagine telling them the light in the bathroom is flickering on and off bothering my eyes especially at night and they respond "the hotel manager doesn't care, we can't do anything about it". Make sure you take photos of the room and all appliances as you enter because on your way out they will try to steal your deposit by blaming you for what previous guests or even the cleaning staff have damaged.

All could be forgiven if only the receptionists weren't the coldest rudest people you could ever come across, imagine telling them the light in the bathroom is flickering on and off bothering my eyes especially at night and they respond "we don't care". Please make sure you take photos of the room and all appliances as you enter because on your way out they will try to steal your deposit by blaming you for what previous guests or even the cleaning staff have damaged. Better yet to just skip this so called hotel.

Great hotel clean and comfy would definitely recommend. Showers could be a little more powerful but that is only my personal opinion. Very trusting and equally secure would come again for sure. Thank you so much for a great stay in a modern super cool hotel

Absolutely the best coworking area in town. Such a smart concept of accomodation & work. Very close to train station and the cit centre also. I love the design with architecture which create such an interesting property.

Awesome hotel for all architecture and design lovers, and also very comfy. I loved the smart solution of self-service. Well equipped kitchen with planty of food and drinks. I really felt like I din't want to leave the place :D

The room was comfortable and spacious and well-equipped, the amenities were perfect and the location as well. Definitely one of my top hotel experiences! The only problem was that the coffeemaker broke down a couple of times, but the staff always worked to fix it quickly.

We stayed here for two nights when visiting Olomouc and I don't regret it at all. Breakfast provided in the morning included vegan options which is not too common. Almost everything is self service. The only time I had to speak to someone was when checking out. The only thing I would add is something like a shared calendar for the sauna so you'd see which time slots are available and could also book it this way instead of the form on the web and a phone call. The prices of food and drinks provided were a little bit more expensive than in a store but not as much as we expected so this was also a pleasant surprise. This hotel would be great for long term stays too since the rooms include a small kitchen with a sink, hot plate, fridge and a microwave with basic equilibrium + there's a lot of closet space.

We visited Olomouc with my husband and 2 years old son and we were joined by my brother and his family. All of us loved our stay at Nezvalova archa. It is a hotel that does not feel like a hotel, has great artistic vibe, cool self service kitchen - where you have food at disposal 24/7 and it is based on trust. You can take whatever you need from the kitchen and you just pay with a card on spot. Truly convenient. Also the rooms are neat and we slept really well. We were happy to have a small kitchen available in the room as well - i think this can be especially useful with traveling with a kid. It is simple to reach the city center - just cca 10 minutes by foot or by one tram like 5 minutes. And it is close to train station as well. Parking is available for free around the hotel and it is easy to find a spot. The hotel is truly unique and we will be happy to visit again.
