My sons, husband and I traveled down to the area for a family vacation and chose this hotel initially for the benefits of Hampton Inns, breakfast and free parking. From the time we arrived I was very impressed. Our check in was very quick. Sammie was working the front desk nearly every evening during our stay and was more than accommodating. Everything we needed she made happen including assisting with internet issues on our TV and getting us pool towels even though they were out and didn't have many available. The breakfast attendants each morning have been excellent. I work at a hotel and wish I could bring them back woth me to work for our Hampton Inn. Not sure on names but one from London and the other with darker hair were just friendly, well accommodating and went above and beyond to not just keep breakfast full and clean but to talk to the guests eating. I seen the one from London handle a very rude guests with ease and politeness. I am impressed! The pool area actually had a working hot tub. Super rare in nearly every other state and the area was clean and well kept. My sons had a blast and we will definitely return here each time we are in the area. Perhaps when I move next year might just apply!

Il servizio era grande. Ci sono poche persone che devo riconoscere al tavolo e alla sala da pranzo. Il tavolo front era Ingred e Achaia che ti hanno sempre incontrato con un sorriso e come va il tuo giorno. Poi, nella sala da pranzo, Kathy e Yvonne erano grandi, dopo qualche giorno, ricordando il vostro nome e quello che avrete intenzione di ordinare; c’era la signora delle vendite che mi ha fissato con una grande sala di riunione e si è occupata del mio popolo. Resterò qui, certamente.

Ho scelto questo hotel perché ho soggiornato in Courtyards prima e volevo l'esperienza. Sono un po' deluso che l'hotel sia stato sottoposto a una grande riparazione, e gli elementi di questa marca non erano là, ma l'hotel pagava il prezzo pieno (~$250 per notte). Anche se devo dire che i membri del personale erano molto carini, così come la nostra stanza, l'intera zona seduta in fondo era completamente montata, la sala di allenamento era inaccessibile, e la zona di colazione aveva solo un menu molto limitato di articoli prefabbricati. Il prezzo del soggiorno avrebbe dovuto essere molto inferiore, poiché le loro strutture normali non erano disponibili.

We have stayed at this property many times. This time there was construction ongoing for our entire stay of six nights, including days with no water. I would think that should have been disclosed PRIOR to checking in so we could have had the option of staying elsewhere. Our room was on the third floor, the construction was on the second floor. Every morning banging, three days with the water shut off mid afternoon. And the construction vehicles took up rows of overnight parking, which left your guests trying to find a spot and walking long distances at night. I would expect more from Marriott, the very least a prior notification so it wouldn't have been a surprise on our vacation, and a discount on the room which was not as expected. The breakfast offerings are minimal, not what they were. Instant oatmeal, no fresh fruit other than bananas, no waffle station. Packaged items and instant eggs ... Our room was clean, as was the lobby and breakfast area. The hallways and stairs had not been vacuumed the entire week of our stay.
