Hotel a Oldebroek, Paesi Bassi

Generalmente mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno all'hotel. La posizione è buona vicino alla stazione rhe e al parco e al centro della città. Il colazione è stata eccellente in una bella spaziosa sala da pranzo + veranda. Il personale è stato corretto e utile nella maggior parte delle volte. La stanza era OK in dimensione. La maggior parte dei miei commenti riguardano la stanza: 1. Non c'è aria condizionata, il piccolo raffreddatore che forniscono non è abbastanza efficace. 2. Non ci sono tracce e casse per mettere i vestiti solo in attacco ...non praticamente non soddisfacente quando soggiornano per una settimana. 3. Nessun kit di vanità di base né condizionatore nella camera da bagno ... non è davvero adatto per un hotel 4 stelle. Ho dovuto comprare questo tipo di stupido negligenza. Non riesco a capire questo tipo di negligenza stupida (ho chiesto in ricezione di condizionatore e hanno confermato che non lo forniscono ....). 4. Povera offerta di canali TV ....non così critico ma ancora .... 5. Il servizio in camera si chiude molto presto la sera, quindi qual è il punto?

Ottimo hotel con persone particolarmente amiche fino al capo. Dike plus per l'aiuto e ricordare quando uno dei nostri amici aveva avuto un incidente. Sicuramente tornate. Note piccole: se rimanete più giorni, la scheda di menu per l'arrivo può essere un po' più ampia per noi. Certo che torneremo una volta!

Molto gentile personale, camere sufficienti, buon colazione, mi sono fornito pasta senza glutine e latte senza lattice, hanno preparato un pacco di nuovo con cibi vegetali, senza glutine e senza lattice all'ultima partenza presto, sono andata molto felice, - Grazie. - Grazie. Sono stato benvenuto tardi la sera. Il check-in era molto piacevole e affascinante. La stanza era molto spaziosa, un po’ buia, ma non disturbante. L’incontro con la presunta governance mattina ha lasciato anche un’impressione professionale. Il servizio di noleggio bici è un bisogno per scoprire più della zona circostante. L'accento è stato la visita del ristorante in serata. Un meraviglioso menu sorpresa 4-course dalla cucina ad un alto livello. Il servizio era anche incredibilmente armonioso e io ero ben guardato. Il burro e il pane fatto erano semplicemente celesti. In generale, posso dire che questo hotel è un piccolo gemello nascosto nel cuore dei Paesi Bassi. Grazie per un breve ma meraviglioso soggiorno.

We stayed here last week. The staff is really friendly, it was no bother for a late check-in, as we arrived just before 10pm. The rooms are spaces, clean and the beds are so comfy to sleep it. There is a nice bar as well, with a good choice of beers available. The breakfast is fantastic, with such a variety of what you can eat. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Struttura sita nei bei sobborghi di Zwolle, calda atmosfera con pezzi d'antiquariato e boiserie, un bar / ristorante e la chicca dell'immensa scelta di whiskey figlia della passione del proprietario. Ottima anche la colazione da ordinare la sera prima; camera spaziosa e pulita. Letto minuscolo, capisco che sia d'epoca ma nel paese con l'altezza media più alta del mondo è bizzarro non riuscire a rientrare nel letto!

The room (#122) was a nice style, clean and the bed was comfortable.....but. Unfortunately the shampoo was empty upon arrival and when we reported this to reception, this was quckly replaced, however housekeeping also removed (and did not replace) most of our towels. Not sure why? Whoever painted the walls, did not do a good job (see picture) and the wood next to the sink, while looks nice, is not the best choice of material as this easily stains (see picture). We had dinner 2 nights in the hotel restaurant, however on BOTH nights, our order was messed up. I would really recommend the staff to write the order down to prevent this. The wine (by the glass) was also not to our liking. I understand this is subjective, but i tried 2 different red wines (grape varieties which i would usually take) and both were not pleasant (cheap wine). My wife had the same experience with her 1 glass of white wine. So 3 different wines in total, and all were not good. When we arrived in the room, there were various different coffee pods, however when these were replenished the next day, they were all the same (Unfortunately not with the ones we liked, from the day before). The plates/cups from the room next door (where breakfast is served), were stored on trays and the trolley is then wheeled through the main restaurant, to the kitchen. I wouldn't mind if this was just once but this happened multiple times, while we we trying to enjoy our dinner, and is very distracting wth the rattling noise. I would expect this in a canteen, but not in a 4* hotel. The standard of our room / facilties was nice, and probably justified of the 4* rating but unfortunately all the items mentioned above made us give it only an average review.
