Poor conditions as mentioned in Tripadvisor reviews from 2024, and 2025; might have been previously better but never booking this place again. Room was dirty, tap in sink not working, cold water in shower, and outside door couldn't be locked. Jervis Bay offers much cleaner accommodation options elsewhere.

Apart from the comfortable bed I think the term luxury accommodation is very loosely used. The accommodation seemed a bit neglected and the room was looking a bit worse for wear for something listed as luxury . The toilet is badly stained , the bathroom cupboards cracking , fridge shelves filthy, outside window sills and garden edging paint peeling badly, BBQ and BBQ area filthy, no tissues provided ,sign saying jam and cream in the fridge for doughnuts but no cream provided , dogs on premises barking at 6.45am. Was also disappointed that we advised toilet paper wasn’t available at 9 am but didn’t get any until 5pm .

For a "luxury " room this was very disappointing. No spare toilet rolls. Contacted host at 9am, got toilet rolls at 5pm. Had to buy our own in the meantime. Light in bathroom not working, dirty toilet and fridge tray, and outside laundry and room window, plant mess. It looks like the plant droppings outside the laundry hadn't been cleaned for quite a while.

We stayed in a spacious and comfortable queen room for two nights. The location is nice and quiet and perfect for strolling to cafes, pubs and clubs and local beach. Really comfy bed and nice quality linen. There is a communal kitchen which was handy to cook our own breakfast one morning. Will stay here again.

Lovely accommodation, walking distance to restaurants, club, shops etc. Love the communal kitchen/lounge, dining, outdoor area. Would be a great place to visit with friends. Unit very spacious. We were given a lovely bottle of champagne as it was our 60th wedding anniversary. We had been recommended CeeSpray by friends and I also would not hesitate recommending it to others.

I spoke to Abel during the booking process and he was friendly and very willing to help. The whole place is very clean thanks to Alida, who does an amazing job! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the common areas are welcoming and well appointed. The location is very quiet and a short stroll to restaurants and shops.

Discovered this gem a couple of years ago and had a great few days there. Just got back yesterday from another stay and loved it again. Will definitely be back a third time soon. The team is super accommodating and friendly. We stayed in a Queen room with a trundle for my little one and found it comfortable for us all. Super comfy bed which for me, given my chronic back issues, is a really tricky thing to find when travelling. The place has a separate kitchen / dining area and also a lovely atrium games room / living room. This is super helpful for those with a kid as they can sleep in the room and you can enjoy some adult down time while being very close. A short stroll from the shops in Huskisson and the Husky beach, plus you can access so many other lovely beaches with a short drive. During the Christmas / New Year period the Huskisson Carnival is also just around the corner (great fun for kid) Great spot!

Comfortable and well appointed accommodation. The shared space is great and I would highly recommend this choice for groups. We were able to maintain our privacy and space though. The hosts are lovely people and really care about the service that they offer. Lola the dog is a particular highlight as was the lovely bottle of wine chilling in the fridge

Very quiet location just outside of busy centre, rooms spacious and very well presented, shared kitchen / lounge / garden but shared between very few residents so not a problem, and extremely well equipped - much better than classic in-bedroom kitchenettes, plenty of books and DVDs if you can tear yourself away from the attractions outside. Hosts very welcoming but generally not visible, live in own areas on site - but for example kitchen well stocked with basics - not just teas and coffees also milk, butters, toast spreads etc., wine and chocs on arrival, and available on call should issues arise. Easy street parking just outside the building. Liked this place a lot.
