Stella Beach Hotel Ultra All Inclusive

Such a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean the staff were friendly and always willing to help and chat. The rooms were clean, and a great selection of teas and coffees and amenities were supplied. The food and activities were GREAT and really couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Wonderful experience for our first time in Turkey. Was GREAT. Thank you!

Hotel was realy nice,food was very good every day lots of choices. Late night food was avaliable for all night.Very nice and clean rooms.Amaizing drinks and cocktails lots of choice. Amazing animation every day.Great location I don't understand why people gives bad reviews at all! Very closed to bazaar only few minutes walk The best holiday for couples and family too. Staff was very kind and helpful Outside was evening restaurant amazing grilled food every night Staff was really carrying for guests Hight recommended definitely 5stars hotel Lots of beaches around everywhere Only one bad experience at reception on night when we arrived there was man who said we have booked small room and he want to offer for us bigger room for extra pay of 200£ after he wants 170£ then he said we can have bigger room for 100£ We disagree and l said we booked double room not a small room and l all ready paid and l m not gona paid one more again l have proof that's all , 40min we was on reception he wanted ripped off us and get extra cash to hand After all agreed we fininaly went to the room that we had booked and that was double room not a small.We asked other staff if there is any small room they said no there is no any smallest double room like he said . Also he asked paid only in cash Just don't trust them young lads make sure always if they asked you extra to pay for the bigger rooms to report that to Manager. They should sacked him becouse people like him breake reputation of those hotel. Thank you for everything

Hotel from hell, please be warned that it is not worthy of the 5 stars as stated, the pictures show a pier, it belongs to neighbouring hotel which by the way has far better entertaintment that Stella Beach, the rooms are dated, dirty with stained matresses, bedding and towels, the aircon turns off when you open your patio door, which is not great as the rooms stink of the sewer, if you ask staff or manager for help or advice they take a grudge and make you feel uncomfortable. The food is disgusting, reheated from previous two days ago and its never hot, the staff do not know anything about allergies, we were told the soup contained cous cous but contained meat. Myself and family ( and many other guests) suffered from food poisoning, there are no desiginated smoking areas so you eat breakfast lunch and dinners you are surrounded by smokers, the pool was never checked for its PH level and we never saw it cleaned, the gym is dated with broken equipment and the aircon is also broke, the hotel only has portable aircon units in the main areas. Overall the staff are rude and pray on females even though it is advertised as a family holiday. This hotel should be a one star. Please avoid Stella beach at all cost.

Had a lovely holiday and most of the experience was fine but spoiled by extremely rude male receptionist ,after paying 20€ for replacement room cards we were assured that would be returned if original cards were found ,after they were found a few mins later receptionist tried to say that only one card has been returned ,seems to have very short memory but memory quickly returned when we suggested he check his cctv ,shame as this put a damper on holiday

Brilliant hotel. Animation team was amazing best shows were do e by them. Magic mike was good managed to take us a fee nights to some brilliant clubs in the area. Sabina also goes above and beyond to make sure your happy. Rooms are spacious and food is nice.

Amazing holidays in Stella Beach Hotel. The food, the water, the hotel, but the best were the personnel and the animation guys. Very very kind and smiling. Brilliant shows for kids. Best regards for all the the animation team, specially for Ben. Greetings from Romania.
