Q Premium Resort

The service were very nice and they were very helpful and there were a lot of activities and you had also got to do something new every day somthing new and exciting and the food was qute good and you had a lot to chose from and the beach was very nice

It's not 5 stars. 3.5 is about as mucdon't have where there is a village Organized excursions do not have where there is a village Organized excursions quite expensive. I don't recommend buying anything from bazaars, they are trying to trick you Conclusion, it was ok but I don't recommend it...☺️

Me and my partner have just returned after 10 days at this resort. It being rated 5 star all inclusive. It is nothing of the sort. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE BRITISH. Now onto cons. Both me and my partner were ill with food poisoning which set a negative vibe to the holiday meaning most nights we did not eat in fear of reoccurrence. Do not drink the ice in drinks and the food selection is poor. Again catered to any other than British. Reception staff were ignorant and rude there was no introduction when checking in with times for meals etc. The top deck pool and sunbeds were never cleaned in the 10 days we were there and excrement on sunbeds in pool. Our room had carpet and large balcony neither of which was cleaned in the 10 days we were there. Wifi we had to pay for and when we did it was nowhere stated it would only work for one device therefore having to purchase twice. The tv had no British channels and was 15+ years old so no port for hdmi for firestick etc. It is advertised as having games room and Irish bar. Is has neither. There is no pool table as advertised or TVs with sports. The Irish bar is non existent it is a small cafe on low level with a juice and coffee bar and cake. Positives as there isn’t many. Visually entering the hotel is looks lovely. The sunbeds cannot be adjusted on lower level with main pools. The top deck with sunbeds are beds and a shallow pool with loungers. This is where we spent most of our time as it is the best part of the hotel. The entertainment are good however not catered to British in the slightest. Overall it’s nothing of a 5 star resort with both of us being ill with food poisoning and not the only people reporting of it. We will not be back.

Extremely unfriendly staff at the reception. I speak both English and Russian and in both languages they are simply rude. Just disgusting. On the contrary very nice people in spa area, helpful and they create a**osphere of vacation and relax. Mehmet is simply the best for massage but too flirty if you are single:) Food is good, drinks are also good. Our room was very nice. But if they put you on the top floor it will be super hot, ac will not help much, and there is a floor under reception, it looks like a dungeon, very dark. Generally it could be a great experience, but whole experience is ruined by staff. Oh, and there is no free internet. Unacceptable for 5* hotel.

firstly the manager is so disrespectful and sarcastic and do not deserve to be in that work position. He doesn't know how to treat guests with respect and to be polite as we are paying money to come and stay in this hotel. He gave us a room for wheelchair people, when none of us is in the wheelchair. None of the ones in front desk didn't even take a minute of their precious time to show where the room is even though they had nothing to do in that particular moment. They said that is the best room with jacuzzi inside which doesn’t even work. Either way, when we asked to change the room the manager didn’t want to do it and was really disrespectfull. There is NO INTERNET in the beach or pool. Only in a particular area.You need to pay extra 15 euros and still it won't work. There is NO ANNIMATION IN THE EVENING, no other events... you can stay on the phone if that entertains you. It is my 8th year coming for vacations in Antalya and this hotel is the worst hotel I have ever been.

Thank you to Q premium, I was very pleased, when I first arrived, I didn't know where to eat the food at the hotel, I asked the lady in the guest relations, then she visited and introduced the hotel together, it was very helpful, thank you to Ms. Aysi here. In general, the food was good, it was delicious, the animation team was successful, the rooms were clean, I recommend it to everyone.

Nice hotel, bar open 24/7 so its possible to grab a drink after a trip, food avaible for most of the time, good quality and everyone would find something for themselves, everyday there are mamy events, I even found something for myself, Johnny best animator is you looking for more fun :D

The rooms are dirty, the air conditioner doesn’t work,the hairdryer doesn’t work too,the reception staff are useless they don’t help you for anything,then the animation guy johnny is the best,he gives me good vibes Duhancan helped me too
