The hotel was extremely clean. Room was nery well arranged. Breakfast was good and everything was super clean. The front desk was super helpful. Would recomend.

The hotel itself is nice, clean. The management not so much, they were very unwelcoming and rude to me on several occasions. The breakfast was your choice of 2 cereals or oatmeal packets, dry bread for toast, some kind of little bite size cinnamon roll things (not good), or waffles that tasted funky. The area around the hotel is absolutely absurd, homeless people literally crawling all over that area 24 hours a day fighting in public or kept asking me for money or cigarettes every time I stepped outside. Was afraid walking to the 711 across the street that I wouldn't make it back with my stuff.
In a nutshell I don't plan to ever stay there again.

Immediate surrounding area is a little sketchy but hotel was clean and friendly. Ant issue in coffee / juice area.

My stay here was for business. I didn't arrive there until 9:45-10pm and basically just slept and got a shower before leaving around 7:30am. The room was tidy, restroom was clean as well as the shower. No residue or mold visible. I slept great and there was not any loud noise throughout the night.

The staff have zero customer service! They yell at the customers and by the way if you are black stay away they immediately think you are homeless and start disrespecting you and asking if you have a credit card with an attitude. I stay at the hotel in the area that I was happy to spend more but with excellent service.

Me and my wonderful boyfriend had a wonderful time in the king room we got we then swam in the pool and hot tub it was the best!

The manager was very mean to me. He actually yelled at me for being unable to keep my card to my room. I’m disabled and forget little details because of my pain. I lose keys, pillows, cards, and hotel keys. I can’t help it. He yelled at me across the lobby in front of his staff. He never smiled or made me feel safe. I had to leave early and lost my money on the room, but I would rather lose that night stay than see his face again. He is a miserable human being who cannot find joy in this great country where he owns or works in a beautiful building serving the public in a very important job. He should smile everyday as he is a great person to have that much respect from the people who come to stay there and use his hotel for rest and relaxation. He should be very thankful. I wish I had his job! I would smile everyday and say thank you to every staff person and every guest!!!

Not bad at all for a place to rest your head. Only complaint is the breakfast wasnt the best but not terrible.
