Hotel in zona Frontier City, Oklahoma City

Buon servizio. Bellissimo albergo. Vorrei che avessero opzioni migliori per la colazione. Anche il caffè in omaggio è stato fatto nel modo più economico possibile. Ma, ottima posizione. Proprio da tutte le principali autostrade. Negozi e negozi a pochi isolati, sono in abbondanza. I colori della stanza sono questo colore blu freddo. Molto rilassante. La migliore TV che abbia mai visto in una stanza. Ma solo 40 canali. 10 dei canali sono canali ESPN, altri 10 o più sono nuovi canali. Quindi era difficile trovare qualcosa di interessante da guardare. Deposito molto piccolo (che è stato bello).

I will preface this by saying that the manager and front desk person did address my issues and did do their best to correct the issues. I was traveling to OKC to meet up with my son and his family for his birthday. We were wanting to have dinner at Ramsey's Kitchen and I wanted a hotel near that location. I tried for several days to find a hotel in OKC that didn't have terrible reviews and offered breakfast. Not having breakfast was a deal breaker for me. Since my son has a 5 year old daughter - we needed breakfast. I called Marriott, after not having any luck on the website, and was offered this hotel with the breakfast rate. I checked the reviews and while they weren't terrible, not all of them were great. But the hotel was in the area that I needed, so I booked it. I had two queen rooms: 419 and 421. Both were clean on the surface. However when I dropped a vitamin on the floor and was down trying to find it, instead I found a LOT of trash (some disgusting) under the dresser. That was my straw. As to the actual room conditions: there is condensation around the windows and water pools on the window sill in both rooms. The paint/paper is peeling away from the walls near the AC in both rooms. There is a pink stain on one wall - in each room. And the baseboard in the bathroom in room 421, under the sink is peeling away from the wall. On the surface those are minor issues. There is a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot in the room. There isn't a closet but rather a wardrobe that is rather small. You have to hang your clothes front to back rather than side to side like a normal closet. That made getting to items in the back hard. The dresser is comprised of a storage box type. Those were stained/dirty. The lighting in the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to doing makeup. I did like the walk in glass shower. There is lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap in the room, if you forget yours. The beds were awesome. They were very comfortable and I have zero complaints about them. There is ample storage on the dresser and quite a few power outlets. My main issue aside from the unfortunate find under the dresser was the breakfast. There is a menu in the room. But those items listed for breakfast is not what is offered. Or at least not what we were offered. We stayed three days. On day one we were offered eggs (either liquid or powder), sausage, and toast. I asked for toast and fruit. I was given semi cold toast and a tangerine. There was no cereal, no pastries, no omelets, no other sides or menu items as listed on the room menu. I don't recall if there was juice or not - but it wasn't in the breakfast area. I was told at check in that breakfast was ”cooked to order.” Cooked to order in advance - not upon order. There was coffee and hot water in the lobby. Day two- the same as the day before. I got toast and two bananas. The breakfast person was very apologetic. I explained that I am limited to what I can eat and there

L'hotel è eccellente, le strutture della stanza sono molto nuove e complete, il personale di servizio è molto amichevole. Ho detto che ho portato dei soldi per i bambini nella stanza, non ho pagato i miei costi. Il tempo non è stato più in città per il motivo del tempo. Guardare la posizione dell'hotel dovrebbe essere nel centro della città, e la visita è molto conveniente.

Entrando nella hall, molto pulita, moderna. Il personale della reception era molto cordiale, la camera era pulita ma nella media. Non mi è piaciuta la sorpresa del parcheggio a pagamento al momento del check-in. Il letto era comodo, ma le pareti sottili. Ho sentito dei ragazzi nel corridoio che parlavano mentre cercavano di dormire un po'.

Darei 5 stelle a questo hotel. La posizione è perfetta se hai voglia di passeggiare per Bricktown. Non c'è bisogno di prendere l'auto. Il Criterion è proprio accanto e adoro il fatto che la torre del Devon sia visibile dall'ingresso. Il personale era estremamente gentile e disponibile e ha fatto sentire il mio compagno e io i benvenuti. L'unico inconveniente era che il sedile del water sembrava non fosse stato pulito correttamente e abbiamo trovato un involucro di caramelle nella borsa dell'asciugacapelli. Apprezzerei se potessero prendersi più cura di queste cose. A parte questo, il resto della camera era impeccabile e il nostro soggiorno è stato meraviglioso. Grazie, SpringHill Suites!

Molto buona permanenza. Candy al desk front è informativo e benvenuto che ha posto il tono per un grande soggiorno. De con valet è molto cortese e utile. Fato il soggiorno molto meglio. L’unica migliore cosa che poteva essere fatto è che i bagni potevano essere un po’ più puliti. Ho visto un paio di capelli nel doccia che mi hanno fatto chiedere la pulizia. Altrimenti, un posto molto bello per stare. Pulizia e buon servizio e servizi.
