Stayed here 2 nights in February 2024. Won’t stay here again. Breakfast was great - but that’s about it. My biggest complaint is that my room wasn’t cleaned during my stay. When I asked at the front desk about when my room was to be cleaned, I was told it wasn’t on the schedule. I understand cutbacks and the challenges with staffing in today’s post-Covid world, but for the prices I was charged for the 2 nights I was here ($265 & $270) I would expect my room to at least be freshened during the stay. I’ll stay down the street or over at Lake Placid.

Awful property, staff who look like they work there as a penance. The building and the the employees are drab and lifeless. Do NOT stay at this property it's not even a last choice! We booked there for three nights but had to check out after one night I had paid in advance. I spoke to the front desk who said they would speak to management. 10-15 minutes later THEY called our room and said it was okay to check out and get our refund. A week after returning to the United Kingdom they say they did not agree this, which is the opposite of the truth. Don't stay here as you cannot believe what they may tell you!

Rude front desk room was not cleaned in checkin. Shower no hot water or pressure. Sink in bathrooms doesn't drain properly. The toilet didn't stop running. No coffee or breakfast at 6:30 am Garbage overflowing in breakfast area Don't syay here

Hotel room smelled musky and mold. Hotel receptionist both for evening and morning were not friendly at all. Said they have complimentary breakfast but no one showed up to have the breakfast prepared. No internet access. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Clearly wasn’t vacuumed. Tub was dirty. Beds were clean and room had fresh stock of towels. I wouldn’t stay here again. The front desk lady was friendly at check-in. The room window was so damaged you could barely see out of it. At minimum, replace the terrible window.

Es ist ärgerlich, wenn man als ausländischer Gast auf ein funktionierendes WLAN angewiesen ist, dieses während der rund 16 Stunden Aufenthaltsdauer nie funktioniert und die Auskunft der Rezeption lautet, das sei in letzter Zeit immer so, man könne nicht voraussagen, wann und wie lange das allenfalls klappen würde. Und Bytes the was: Zimmerfenster könnten aussen auch wieder mal geputzt werden. Ansonsten Standard wie HI-üblich.

Personal muy amable, wi fi bueno, habitaciones correctas, desayuno correcto. No se pueden pedir muchas cosas mas para un hotel de clase media con un precio correcto. Amplio aparcamiento. Adecuado para una visita a la zona.
