Mia moglie e io siamo appena tornati a casa dalla nostra visita a Guadalpin Suites dove abbiamo soggiornato per 3 settimane. Le strutture superavano tutte le nostre aspettative, tra cui le comode letti, eccellenti strutture per il bagno, una cucina molto buona con lavatrice per i nostri vestiti e lavastoviglie. L'appartamento è stato pulito ogni giorno senza spot da un personale di servizio che era così amichevole e accogliente e non ha avuto alcun problema per loro, tra cui la fornitura di un ferro e di un pannello quando ne aveva bisogno. Le camere sono state molto tranquille e tranquille, che ci hanno aiutato a dormire bene ogni notte. Il colazione a Gigi ogni mattina è stato un meraviglioso trattamento con un bel cibo fresco fornito ogni mattina servito dal personale più ospite. Le donne che si trovano in ricezione (soprattutto Yan Yan) erano molto professionali e non avrebbero potuto essere più utili, erano sempre molto cortesi e hanno aiutato con qualsiasi domanda che abbiamo avuto. Situato sulla spiaggia e molto centrale. L'appartamento con camera da letto separata e vista laterale sul mare sono dotati di cucina e gli utensili di cucina più necessari. La colazione ci è stata preparata e goduto sul balcone. L'hotel è stato consigliato per la seconda volta.

Grande posizione, grandi camere, buon colazione ... Tuttavia, molto rumoroso dall'attività nel lobby ai vicini camminando intorno ...

Molto bel complesso di appartamento vacanze con piscina all'aperto e piscina fitness all'interno più Sauna & Jacuzzi (deve prenotare la sessione in anticipo per evitare il sovraccarico - buona idea credo) Personale amichevole e utile, appartamento studio spazioso, pulito e ben attrezzato. Parcheggio gratuito, ristorante sul sito più negozio di comodità, ristorante di partenza, bar, ecc. 5 minuti a piedi da una bella spiaggia. Aiuto a avere una macchina se si desidera visitare molti luoghi diversi. Può essere un po'suonio con altri ospiti che tornano in appartamenti tardi di notte, soprattutto perché le finestre sono solo vetri, ma non può essere aiutato. Se il prezzo fosse giusto, mi riferirei al soggiorno di nuovo!

It was actually a blessing in disguise. It was not our intention to stay there, but circumstances turned out that way and I can still say that we enjoyed it very much. Because the staff was so professional yet very accessible, you could really enjoy a holiday. Until the splash area, it was ensured that people did not reserve beds with their towels, as in most hotels. Despite the size of the hotel, there were no long lines for food at the restaurant or outside the bar. Premetto che sono stato in questo hotel con un gruppo di colleghi per 4 volte negli ultimi quattro mesi, quindi siamo dei clienti conosciuti e abbiamo potuto apprezzare la disponibilità e la professionalità del personale, sia della reception che del ristorante. Il problema, già segnalato più volte, è che il menù del ristorante è molto limitato e, soggiornando 5/6 giorni di seguito, siamo stati costretti ad andare a cena fuori per mangiare qualcosa di diverso, pur avendo la cena pagata. Già nei mesi scorsi abbiamo segnalato la cosa e quindi siamo rimasti molto male quando al nostro arrivo domenica sera 13/12/2022 ci hanno comunicato che avrebbero servito la cena a buffet e non (il già limitato) menú a la carte. Da segnalare che il buffet non è assolutamente degno di un hotel di questo livello e che comunque ti impone di mangiare sempre le stesse cose, con poca varietà. Se a questo aggiungi che, pur pagando per tutta la settimana, spesso ceniamo fuori, regalando quindi i nostri soldi all’hotel, non ci siamo sentiti trattati adeguatamente quando oggi, presentandoci il buffet per la terza sera di seguito, abbiamo chiesto qualcosa alla carte (praticamente un petto di pollo e un’insalata russa) e non hanno voluto soddisfare la nostra richiesta. Come perdersi in un bischere d’acqua e come non soddisfare i propri clienti.
