It is a very clean and quiet hotel. It is near the lake and there are many restaurants around it. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful. Even if we had a problem with our car, they helped us by calling taxi and making reservations to some restaurants, because it was a period of Easter.

Conveniently located close to the lake, this small hotel does what it needs to do to make it a comfortable stay for guests. Yes the rooms are basic but the rooms are clean, the shower hot and the views generally are good (although there were building works going on opposite so not pleasant to sit on the balcony during the day). Whilst a kettle was welcomed, there were no cups or amenities and also no hairdryer.

I never enjoy leaving a low rating, but there were several issues here. When we arrived, reception wanted to hang on to our passports for an hour because they didn't have a way to make a quick copy - generally not something Americans are accustomed to doing. That wasn't huge, but when we arrived at our room, the garbage was full . . . from the prior guests. The sink also had a ton of dust or something behind the faucet and along the back of the sink. My friend wiped down the whole bathroom and the nice lady at reception changed the trash. Unfortunately, breakfast was also room temperature or cold for foods that shouldn't be, like eggs and breakfast meat. The pastries seemed stale. The wifi also only worked in our room if we stood right up against the door; I hung out in the lobby to take care of things online, which was a really nice area. It's a pity because the room looked lovely and inviting upon arrival.

Unclean rooms, aircondition not working, the hotel clerck told us to open a window, shower drain was slow to drain the shower Breakfast was good. All around it was what a 3 star hotel is and not in a nice way .so .the ,bathroom filled with water.

Hotel ligt op geweldige locatie, dichtbij het meer, de supermarkt en op loopafstand van Ohrid bezienswaardigheden. De airco deed het helaas niet ondanks 3 x melden, lastig met 32 graden buiten. Lift was 6 dagen stuk (van de 8 dagen) dus zelf sjouwen met koffer naar 3 hoog, matras lag in een kuil, badkamer klein en balkon met 2 krukjes. ontbijt voldoende. schoonmaak is prima, personeel vriendelijk.

Ik reis veel en een schone kamer is een must. Dat was hier niet het geval. Een lange donkere haar op de wc bril en haren naast het toilet. Toen ik wat water van de vloer depte, was mijn doekje vies. Verder was de kamer zeer gedateerd en op enkele plekken zelfs beschadigd. Bijvoorbeeld een kast die gerepareerd was met Duc tape. Wel een klein koelkastje, geen kluisje. Er zijn in dit hotel ook weinig faciliteiten. Alleen een ontbijtruimte en een afgesloten buitenplaatsje. Ik denk dat ik misschien pech heb gehad met de kamer, want andere gasten die ik sprak waren wel tevreden. Het bed was goed. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.
