The Trellis House

This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. The rooms were super comfortable. The staff are great and had lots of great recommendations on restaurants and activities. The breakfasts were to die for and the free snacks at happy hour a great treat. The location is also great with easy access to town and to Marginal Way. Highly recommend.

Susan and D are remarkable! So welcoming and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable, and the sheets , pillows and bed were heavenly 😊 The breakfast and the happy hour were wonderful for gathering all of us together. Thank you! We look forward for our return!

Everything was picture perfect. My daughter & I stayed in the Ogunquit Room - which was spacious, lots of windows and light, and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was heavenly both days. Coffee & tea ready early each morning with a spread of options to enhance. Happy Hour entices you each afternoon with delicious snacks. The location provides easy access to the walkways along shore and to town. The hospitality was fantastic. Charming from beginning to end.

We go to the Trellis House 2x/year, and always LOVE it! Owner is new but staff is still the same as is the fabulous quality. The breakfast is AMAZING, the rooms are always so comfortable, and the guests are always nice too. Highly recommend, and we can't wait to go back!

Our review is so overdue, but we could not miss commenting on this fantastic inn. We visited in June of 2024. Glen, Laurence and their staff could not have been more accommodating, kind and flexible. We were greeted with a glass of champagne upon arrival. From 4:30 - 5;30 we could take advantage of seasonal cocktails on the porch with complimentary gourmet snacks. Bentley, the non-allergenic, beloved pup is also a welcoming committee to himself! Our room was perfect and so clean (see photos). We always want a space aside from the bed to relax or read and we had that and more. This trip was in mid-June, and we expected warm weather, but no big crowds because the kids were still in school. Ha-ha...it was unbearably hot (for us), and everyone had flocked to the beaches. We were very comfortable taking refuge in our air-conditioned room, and other spaces in the house where we could stay cool. The food was such a treat, prepared to perfection. Breakfast is served at Blue Shutters right next door and part of the same property. Glen and Laurence have invested heart and soul into this property and it shows it in every detail from cleanliness to decor and food. We will be back this year. My sister and I had a wonderful weekend at the Trellis house!! The inn is adorable, comfortable, conveniently located and welcoming. Glen,Laurence and their staff are amazing hosts…from welcoming us with champagne, to homemade treats, fabulous breakfasts, great decor and warm hospitality. We’ve been visiting Ogunquit for years but may have a new favorite place to stay!!
