Hotel in zona Paço de Arcos Garden, Oeiras

La colazione era sufficiente per un business hotel, l'abbiamo usata come transito. L'igiene potrebbe essere migliore, il cestino dei rifiuti e la lampada del pulsante sopra il tavolo di lavoro apparentemente non sono puliti, dovrebbe essere un must ai tempi di Corona. Sono i dettagli che contano! Peccato anche che l'hotel non disponga di un ristorante per la cena, apparentemente tipico di un business hotel. Quindi devi cercare qualcosa da mangiare la sera. Rapporto qualità prezzo do 3,8 su 5.

Era tutto in ordine, abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e pulito, l'unica cosa che doveva essere indicata era il colazione, pensavo che potesse esserci più varietà, solo il basso. Per esempio, frutta laminata, uova mescolate, frutta secca, vari formaggi e confetture domestiche. Ma in generale mi piaceva molto di aver soggiornato in questo hotel.

Un fine settimana fantastico. Purtroppo il tempo non ha aiutato a godere della fantastica piscina esterna. Tuttavia, ci piace la piscina interna e ginnastica. Abbiamo prenotato un T2 e sicuramente abbiamo aggiornato e ci siamo sistemati in un appartamento con eccellenti condizioni e vista sul fiume Tejo. Destaccando la simpatia di tutti i dipendenti. Certamente torneremo ....

This is a rather elegant Pousada which is managed by the Pestana Hotel chain. Checking in at Reception was painless and swift. The staff generally were pleasant and friendly. Our bedroom was on the ground floor overlooking the car park. We needed to keep the windows closed for security and the curtains closed for privacy. The bedroom was pleasantly furnished and in good condition. The bed was king size and very comfy. There was plenty of hanging space for clothing The size of the room left very little space to conveniently store suitcases. The room was equipped with a refrigerator but no mini bar. There was also a television which as far as I could tell only had Portuguese programs. I could not find any English language programs. This did not really a problem because I was staying at this hotel for a limited time and did not want to watch TV. The bathroom was en suite with both a bath and a shower. The bath was useless because it did not have a bath plug and the hotel staff were unable to find a bath plug for me. There was plenty of tepid warm water for washing. However you need to have patience to have hot water. Hot water took a lifetime before it reached our room Our bedroom must have been some distance from the boiler because other guests did not suffer the same problem. A lot of water was wasted while waiting for the hot water. This was not a good way to “Save the Planet” as instructed by a sign / notice on display in the bathroom from the hotel management. The plug in the wash hand basin did not work properly. As you will realise having a wash in this hotel was a bit of an ordeal. Buffet breakfast had lots to chose from with a choice hot and cold dishes. The Lounge bar is comfortable and pleasantly furnished. Apart from the lack of bath plugs, the hotel is in good condition and decorative order.

Non c'è niente di buono a Lisbona per parcheggiare e'un hotel a cinque stelle; Quindi, ho scelto di camminare da famosi attrazioni, e la stanza è anche possibile, cioè, c'è un uomo di servizio di capelli bianchi locali sulla reception che significa portarmi alla stanza quando sono in soggiorno, e poi mi sono spaventato direttamente. Quando sono andato in pensione, mi preoccupavo di non pagare la tassa turistica, E'molto eccitante dirmi: Dio mio, la mia auto non è andata. Dove posso andare?Mi sento molto umile, non come un personale di servizio a cinque stelle.Ridere 😆 E tutti almeno in questo hotel, non essere gentili con loro. Più si è solo a Nono, più ti hanno portato a prenderti.

Eravamo molto a nostro agio. Il personale è molto cordiale e attento. La colazione è molto buona e completa. Vicino al centro e alla spiaggia. È possibile parcheggiare nelle vicinanze. Letti molto comodi.

L'hotel è in generale ok, ma la mia esperienza è davvero controversa. Pros: Buono valore per soldi. La posizione è piuttosto centrale. Camere pulite. Musica in diretta nella zona di riposo vicino alla ricezione di tanto in tanto. Coni: Il processo di pulizia è distruttivo, non ha logica, non ha un orario preciso, possono anche entrare nella stanza con un segno di ”non disturbo” sulla porta. La prova sonora è scarsa, quindi tutti i rumori esterni possono essere facilmente sentiti. La gente di accoglienza potrebbe essere più amichevole (sorridendo e dicendo ”ciao” ai clienti quando si verifica un contatto oculare). Non ho ancora provato il colazione.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the online booking service offered by Zenhotels. I made a reservation for what I thought would be a private room with 2 pets allowed and made a payment of 97 euros, which according to the booking confirmation received, was the total amount for the reservation. I was supposed to only pay 6 euros for the tourist tax and 10 euros per pet for the entire stay. Upon arrival at the hotel (WOT Lisbon Nomad), I was informed that the reservation I had made did not correspond to a private room and that in order to get one, I would have to pay an additional 234.51 euros on top of the already paid 97 euros (this would be for the upgrade to a private room + 10 euros per day per pet). Obviously, this news at the time of check-in and with such a price difference (more than three times the original value) makes it almost impossible for the customer to seek an alternative. Furthermore, I tried to explain to the hotel that the website was not very clear about private or shared rooms, as the room description did not indicate that it was shared. Additionally, it did not mention that the payment for the pets was per day rather than for the entire stay. The person responded that if the website did not have complete information, it was not the hotel's problem. I countered that if they were selling their services through third parties, they are just as responsible as the website promoting them to ensure that the information is accurate; otherwise, they are complicit in a scheme to deceive customers. Finally, I decided not to proceed with the proposal because I found it disrespectful, an excessive charge compared to the original offer, and unprofessional. Therefore, I feel that I was cheated out of the 97 euros that I paid and that I could not use the offered service.

We stayed there in September, for 6 days, as we had our wedding in costa caparica. We had a happy week in Portugal, but the quality of the service in the hotel was poor. The building itself is clean, and has a kind of desing, thats a plus. But the staff was not kind or nice at all. We literally felt bad whenever we went to the reception to discuss something (basic things, like reserving a table etc). They looked pretty grumpy and when we approached them, we felt uncomfortable, they just wanted to get rid of us. Applies for the Reception and the breakfast and bar staff. Only the cleaning ladies were nice and smiling. It was pretty difficult to order or ask in English durint launch or breakfast. Our parents arrived one day later, around 1 am in the morning, after a 14hours trip, and after check-in we had to do all the paying in this late hour, even though we asked and promised that we will come down first thing in the morning to pay, as they are exteremely exhausted after the trip. They didnt care at all. At other hotels we always paid upon leaving but even if they want to make sure and have it in advance, i truly believe they should be more emphatic and not keeping exhasuted people at the front desk for an extra 30 minutes in the middle of the night. My father has diabetes and high hart rate, he was really suffering after this trip and just wanted to go to bed. All the parents are above 65, it was unpleasent welcome. At this hotel you have to book the breakfast table in advance, doesnt matter how late you arrived,and even if this is the last thing you want to do on your holiday, to follow a schedule. When we ate at the bar, it took literally an hour to get some snack. The 3person room is not really a 3 person room, it is a normal room with an extra bed which is only suitable for smaller children. (It is not like a must, but a good indicator: we had our wedding there, walking out from the hotel, and no one from the staff had a kind word - even all the flight attandendts were nices that anyone in the hotel.) We choose the hotel as it is close to the beach by car, so it fulfilled the purpose, but we would not go back. For the price you can get better.
