Oeiras: i migliori hotel con palestra

I don’t usually write reviews but having come back from this holiday, I had to write this review. The hotel is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in (and I have done a lot of travelling). Where do I even start… firstly, a few weeks before coming, I emailed and mentioned that we were coming for my mum’s milestone birthday and requested for help sorting out a cake etc. The hotel responded so quickly and organised everything for us from a cake, and candles and the drinks we got served for the day. During our stay, the staff and team went over and beyond expectations to make us feel so warmed and welcomed. A special thanks to Pedro, who shuttled my parents to the mall and came to pick them up and made sure they were fine while my sis and I went sightseeing that day. A special thanks to Junior for organising the cake etc for my mum. She felt so special and loved - we definitely would not have been able to make it happen without you and your team. It is the attention to detail, the bright warm smile (at what ever time and from ALL staff) and accommodating and assisting with our every need that elevates this hotel from a 4 star to a 7 star hotel. The hotel staff from the breakfast staff to the cleaners, 100% embody what hospitality, customer service and professionalism looks and feels like. Can’t wait to visit again!

Albergo con piscina coperta e scoperta, campo da tennis, palestra, e parcheggio coperto, a circa 10 km dal centro di Lisbona. Le camere sono molto spaziose e la vista sul Tago e sulla piscina è davvero bella. Se avete la disponibilità di una macchina e volete soggiornare in un posto tranquillo fuori dal centro di Lisbona questo albergo è ottimo. Pulizia al top.

Stayed here for 3 nights end of July to see Iron Maiden at the national stadium. We arrived as the bar was shutting but the barman very kindly for us a drink anyway. Comfortable rooms. Room smelled a bit when we came in but after airing it, was fine. Air con works. Room very dated but clean, maid service every day. Breakfast good, nice buffet. Evening meal basic selection of 3 different things. Nowhere else really to go and eat though. We walked into the town which is about ten minutes away and everything was shut at 7.30pm, no restaurants open, was like a ghost town. Only place open was a takeaway chicken, and that was actually very nice. Uber is cheaper to get anywhere than a taxi, around €11 into Lisbon itself. Not a hotel for families really as not much to do, or anywhere to go. Pool is nice. No kettle or any other facilities in the room to make a hot drink, so if the bar and restaurant are shut you don't have any options of getting a hot drink. Very easy access to the National stadium, short cut under the motorway, was just a 15 minute walk. Staff wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Would stay again but solely for the purpose of visiting a band at the National stadium.

È stata una piacevole esperienza, il personale molto confortevole ed efficiente; il colazione era delizioso e vario. La camera aveva buone dimensioni per due persone, un letto confortevole e spazioso, con molti posti di riposo, con cortine black-out molto efficaci e era ben climatizzato. Il bagno aveva una buona doccia, con una potenza eccellente e ben regolata a livello di temperatura. Tuttavia, l'insonorizzazione della stanza potrebbe essere molto meglio.
