Horrible. I booked “super deluxe” in this kj international hotel. Nothing was super. Nothing was international. Room was stinky. The floor was dirty. The mirror was broken. The linen was soiled and torn. The fridge was not working and was stinking. The drainage was choked. I opened the window to enjoy the view, but a huge dustbin meant for the entire floor was already present to welcome me. The kettle was there, but was not working. Tv was there, but apparently, the management decided not to recharge dth connection. So the tv was as bad as not being there. The biggest problem was non-responsiveness by the front desk and house keeping even after repeated complains. Seems they had only one employee to manage the front desk 24x7. The only response i kept getting was that they are sending someone to look into it, but they never sent anyone. Even one bottle of water in room was chargeable, which is normally complementary in a decent 3 star hotel. The window ac was of low capacity. It took almost 5 hours to cool the room. There were fleas all around in the restaurant and the order was served after 1 hour and after reminding half a dozen times. The food quality was pathetic and was not worth the money i paid for.
