And a 4-hole putting green is coming Sept 2024!This home is impeccably decorated to comfortably host up to 18 people. The open layout and new furniture invites you to relax into the calmness of a lakefront lifestyle. The kitchen boasts a large island and is fully stocked for entertaining, including a crockpot, air fryer, 2 coffee makers, coffee grinder, electric wine opener, blender, mixer, and plenty of serving bowls and platters.The dining table extends to seat 14, with additional seating at the outdoor table for 8. The living room has more than enough seating for a large group to comfortably gather to watch movies (or football games!) on the 65” Samsung TV while overlooking the lake. French doors off the living room open up to the expansive, covered deck with a dining table and couches. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail, to soak in the peacefulness of the property.The MAIN LEVEL has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. (Every bed in the home has a top-rated "puffy" brand or "cool gel" brand mattress for an extraordinary night's sleep!)The first bedroom has a king bed and a lake view with doors that open up to the deck with lounge chairs. This bedroom has a private luxurious bathroom and spacious walk-in closet (which can be a great spot for a pack-n-play for a little one to sleep!)The second bedroom has a king bed with a lake view and doors that open up to the covered deck with lounge chairs. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a desk that can double as an office, if preferred. These two bedrooms share a large beautiful bathroom.This level also has a mudroom with an industrial size washer and dryer.The LOWER LEVEL is another welcoming gathering space with an open floor plan that overlooks the lake. This space has a huge leather sectional, 65” Samsung TV, a wet bar with a beverage fridge.The lower level provides plenty of entertainment and games, including:* a shuffleboard table* a ping pong table* a putting mat* board games and toys for littles* chess and card games for adults The fourth bedroom on the lower level has a king bed and walk-in closet and a lovely lake view. This room also boasts a wonderful lake view. A bathroom with two sinks accompanies this bedroom. The French doors off the lower level open up to another covered patio overlooking a large flat yard for family football or frisbee. This patio has another outdoor dining table and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the lake view. This house was completely remodeled in 2021. At 3000 sq ft, it provides ample space. The kitchen is fully stocked. Nestled in a quiet cove that feeds into lake Keowee, it’s a kayaker’s dream. The house comes equipped kayaks and paddle boards. Kayak to hidden waterfalls right up the creek! Enjoy the nights in a private hot tub on the deck or cozy up by the fire pit. The master bath includes dual shower heads and a heated bidet toilet seat.Clemson University is 16 miles away. We have a 70” TV in the “Clemson” room and a 55” in the living room. Direct tv included and fiber optic high speed internet. The house comes with many baby friendly essentials and includes a crib, two baby gates, a high chair and child proof locks for the cabinets. Inquire with the owner if you need to borrow a pack n play or any other baby essentials. The house is on Cane Creek which feeds into Keowee. The path to the dock is very steep! At the dock the water is usually between 6-8’ but the water level fluctuates. The pontoon shown in pics is not for rent. If you have a boat, you’re welcome to tie it up to the side of the dock. If the lake level is low, there are some very shallow spots that can be tough to navigate. There are various boat rentals available on lake keowee. The nearest boat ramp is seven miles, about a ten min drive. It’s called Cane Creek Landing.You can swim off the dock however after a rain storm, the water can be murky.
