This pet friendly home sits over an acre and a half of land in a private lakefront setting in the Harbor Point Subdivision at Lake Keowee, SC.
It has 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and can comfortably sleep 14. This two level home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level and 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths on the lower level along with a unique built in bunk bed great for kids. There are two full size fully stocked kitchens and can comfortably accommodate two families or one large group. Each level has their own washer and dryer.
There is fantastic outdoor living space with decks on both levels and a hot tub on the lower. A private dock overlooking a beautiful quiet deep cove is perfect for swimming and fishing. Explore the beautiful, emerald-green water with a tandem and single kayak and a paddle board that are available for your use. Bring your boat or rent a boat from one of the many marinas on Lake Keowee to explore the lake, fish or to simply enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
The Blue Ridge Mountains serves as the backdrop and Lake Keowee is the centerpiece of this beautiful setting. There are 18,500 acres of water and more than 300 miles of shoreline. Lake Keowee provides a wonderful opportunity to enjoy nature and make family memories. If you enjoy water sports you can enjoy sailing, boating, water-skiing, canoeing, whitewater rafting and fishing. The area is surrounded by thousands of acres of protected land with six state parks nearby and located with access to two of the most pristine lakes in the Southeast- Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee.
8 miles to grocery shopping, 14 miles to Seneca and 17 miles to Clemson
p.s. - regarding the boat dock, owner's boat occupies the center and there is the capacity to hold two additional boats on both sides of the dock - see pictures

Great House!!
This house was perfect for a weekend getaway with 7 adults and 7 kids between the ages of 3-11. Beautiful view, spacious, stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood, fun hot tub!

amazing Clemson weekend
This property was perfect in every way! Plenty of room for several couples to stay as well as a wonderful space to have our Clemson kids visit for a pre-game dinner night. The house has any item you might possibly need and the owner was responsive and timely with all communication. We will definitely stay here again if possible!

Awesome as usual!
House is amazing, it’s 2 houses in one. We love the great spot on the lake! Quiet cove, close to boat ramp, and easy ride to big water. Also, great parking for boat trailer. We hope to come back next year! Thanks Johnny.

Amazing Lake Getaway
We had an absolutely fantastic week at this location in a nice, quiet cove on Lake Keowee. Communication with the property manager was seamless, check-in was a breeze, and the overall property was in great condition. We had a total of four families, and the home fit us perfectly. There are two full kitchens and two full laundry areas (upper and lower). Both kitchens are very well stocked with whatever cooking hardware/utensils you need. The beds had memory foam mattresses and were very comfortable for the weeklong stay. We also had plenty of property-provided bedding, bath towels and beach towels. The boat dock is very well maintained, and we enjoyed our days boating (bring your own), using the property-provided kayaks or paddle board, or just floating in the relaxing cove. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, safe and very well maintained. Grocery, gas and restaurants are an easy 15-20 minute drive from the property. Overall, we would highly recommend this property and would definitely consider renting again for future lake vacations.

Nice stay, nice home
Everything was great. Only gave it a 4-star because the wi-fi did not work in the home. The TV's only worked if we connected our phones for a hot-spot.

Just as lovely the second time
We brought our staff to the lake for the second year in a row for a few days of unwinding and soaking in the last of the summer sun. Truly cannot beat this property for the size of our group...because we are all adults it's lovely to each get a private room. Two well-equipped kitchens make it easy to prepare delicious and healthy meals for the whole crew. And of course the easy access to the water in a private, quiet cove make it the perfect spot to relax for hours on end. Thanks Johnny!
