Damage wavier fee: the property manager provides a nonrefundable Damage Waiver Fee that will be assessed to protect you from accidental damage during your stay. Pre-existing damages must be reported to the property manager upon taking occupancy of property or property will be assumed as in good condition. This waiver will cover the interior of the rental property only from the time of check-in to the time of check-out. This does not cover intentional acts, theft, damages caused by pets, loss or forgotten personal belongings, or damage caused by any motorized vehicle. The maximum amount of coverage is $1,000. the property manager has the final say to determine if the damage is covered by the Damage Waiver Fee.
