Weekend Getaway
Perfect location, just steps from the boardwalk and beach and a very short walk to downtown. My children loved the bunk beds. Easy check-in process and the house had everything we needed. We would love to stay again.

Mostly good
This is a nice apartment in a good location. But several items could use improvement:
CLEANING: Drawers in kitchen contained crumbs; ants found on kitchen counter and 2 bedrooms; balcony was covered with sand and was slippery (we swept it and bought a dust pan and left it there); dryer lint collector was full of lint; washing machine gasket had mold / mildew; shower curtain liners in both bathrooms had mold / mildew.
MISCELLANEOUS: Need directions to use the TVs; dining room light didn't work; toaster didn't work; no drinking glasses in kitchen - just mugs (we bought a few and left them there).

Great location. That’s it
House had ants in every room. There was only one drinking glass in the kitchen There was not enough sheets and pillow cases for all the bedding and no wash cloths. We messaged the host about linens days before our arrival and we were told we didn’t need to bring any. After communicating that the linens were in short supply we received no answer from the host. The property location was good but would not rent there again.

Ants
The place had ants all over and ant hills in the master bedroom along the baseboards. Property manager would not talk to me over phone. Internet was poor/ slow.

Great stay
Great location, nicely sized for a family or small group. The host was easy to get ahold of. Would definitely stay again! Having the balcony was great too.
