Hotel in zona Campo Aventura - Óbidos, Óbidos

Questo Hotel è posizionato a pochi passi da una porta che permette di attraversare le mura che circondano la cittadina medioevale di Obidos (città delle regine portoghesi). L'intero Hotel è ricavato all'interno di un edificio storico; l'interno è stato ristrutturato in modo da fornire ai clienti tutti i confort degli alberghi moderni. In questa ristrutturazione si è cercato di mantenere, per quanto possibile, lo stile medioevale: sulle pareti spade, cotte metalliche, elmi, corazze, permettono alla mente di fantasticare e tornare indietro nel tempo quando i cavalieri e le dame dominavano la scena. Mia moglie ed io abbiamo soggiornato nella camera 203 dal 23/3/2023 al 26/3/2023. La camera era bella e pulitissima con arredi che riprendono lo stile dell'albergo. La porta sulla falsariga di quella medioevale con chiave metallica in voga a quei tempi. Il bagno, anch'esso pulitissimo, é dotato anche di bidet (difficile da trovare fuori dall'Italia). Tutto il personale, vestito con casacche d'epoca, è gentilissimo, efficientissimo e sempre pronto a fornire informazioni ed aiutare i clienti. La colazione viene servita in una ampia sala con tutte le pareti ornate come negli antichi castelli. Il cibo è molto vario e di ottima qualità. Noi abbiamo apprezzato molto i vari dolci esposti. L'hotel dispone anche di un piccolo parcheggio coperto ricavato all'interno della struttura. Al secondo piano e all'aperto si trova una piscina con un'ampia terrazza dove ci si può rilassare prendendo il sole con una meravigliosa vista di Obidos che si presenta adagiato sulla collina didi fronte con le sue mura merlate. In sintesi noi siamo stati felicissimi del soggiorno in questo Hotel e se dovessimo tornare in questi luoghi sicuramente utilizzeremo ancora questa struttura alberghiera. Mauro Peselli

We had booked the castle “suite” for 2 nights. Two weeks prior to arrival my husband pulled a leg muscle. Thankfully the gracious staff accommodated a room change from the castle tower to the cottage next door. Boy, were we grateful! Had we no room change we would have abandoned our trip. There are A LOT of uneven stairs just to get to main castle. At night they are dimly lit with no handrails. Very risky for anyone with unsure footing. We did make it to the restaurant one night for dinner (slowly up stairs with breaks). Interior of castle is dreary, musty and tired looking. Having stayed in plenty of other ancient castles this broke my heart to see. The parent company needs to send some executives here for a retreat! The restaurant was, in my opinion, very worn also. Silver chargers were all scratched up, china faded and chipped and food substandard. There were only 3 groups of us in restaurant on a Saturday night…all American. That sums it up there folks! The room in cottage was spacious and bed was fairly comfortable. However, internet never worked and we ended up using a lot of data, bathroom had NO outlets, no robes/slippers, minimal toiletries, no USB ports, and you could hear neighbors through walls. They did bring us breakfast daily as my husband would have difficulty making it up stairs. That was appreciated. I think the staff is trying hard but with SO MUCH needing attention from the parent company it is probably hard to keep smiling and taking complaints. I feel for them.

Ho pagato un po' di più per un aggiornamento, ma in nulla ha compensato questa spesa. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata, anche se apparentemente ragionevole, aveva abbastanza polvere sui tavoli da scrivere, non aveva abbastanza elettricità, cioè, abbiamo dovuto spegnere le candele per poter caricare i telefoni e una delle tovaglie era di notare che, di solito in un hotel di 4 stelle, offrono anche un vestito e un camicie durante il soggiorno e non è stato il caso. Inoltre, siamo stati in una stanza che era in un piano equivalente a un terzo piano e non c'erano ascensori in quella ali dell'hotel. Fuori le questioni con la stanza e l'accesso a esso, abbiamo dovuto prenotare un'ora per godere della piscina interna. Non è stato il nostro sorpreso, quando è arrivato il nostro momento di godere, ci sono stati altri sei persone! (La piscina interna non è grande, quindi il fatto che ci siano 8 persone che godono allo stesso tempo ha fatto che nessuno poteva nuotare o essere completamente a suo agio). A questo si aggiungeva che il mobilio della spiaggia vicino alla piscina esterna era sporco, con tessuti di spugna e non aveva nemmeno un cofano per dare qualche conforto. Infine, e la ceretta al cibo di questa esperienza, abbiamo prenotato alla reception al momento del check-in, per cena al ristorante dell'hotel alle 20.30. Ora, quando siamo arrivati, il dipendente ci ha informato che a causa di un fallimento della comunicazione della ricezione, non avevano saputo della nostra prenotazione e quindi erano disponibili solo 2 piatti e non avevano nemmeno i biglietti. Da positivo, solo il personale che è stato sempre simpatico e disponibile, ma con molto poca autonomia per cercare di migliorare la situazione. Infine, un'esperienza molto a chi si aspetta e un hotel che non merita le 4 stelle.

Passiamo 5 giorni in questo hotel, e ci siamo innamorati del posto. Il livello di servizio è un top notch. Il personale è così piacevole soprattutto nel bar, il barista (mi è stato dimenticato il nome) che ci ha servito per 4 notti è in realtà il più bello e più amichevole. Ha fatto il nostro soggiorno speciale, ha fatto buoni cocktail e la sua sangria bianca è super bello (e io consiglio molto), le camere interne sono magnifiche con una vista grande, anche molto spezia, come il bagno e il balcone. Il letto è così confortevole e c'è un servizio di turnover a notte con cioccolato lasciato sul letto. La pulizia è anche molto buona. Ci sono appartamenti accanto all'hotel che è buono per le famiglie. Inoltre, un campo da golf con bellissimo paesaggio. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto rilassante e ho usato la piscina riscaldata all'interno quasi per sempre. Il colazione è un stile buffet che serve cibo caldo e continentale che ha avuto una varietà di scelte. Anche le pasticce sono magnifiche, il mio preferito è pastel de nata. Abbiamo decisamente ritornato in questo resort hotel per una vacanza rilassante. È a circa 20 minuti di auto da Obidos e la città antica (uno che deve visitare) con grande carattere. Noi notiamo che le persone sono molto amiche. P.S. ci sono bellissime spiagge vicino, a pochi minuti di auto. In generale, consigliamo molto questo hotel per una vacanza rilassante e disgustosa.

Great place to stay if you're need a place to work & surf. Friendly staff, knowledgeable about the area (do the free surf tip session!). It was the perfect place to get my surf in, and find good wifi and quiet co-working space to work afterwards. Would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful hotel. Immaculately clean. The outside area is fabulous with lots of space, a nice outdoor pool, a trampoline, play area, volleyball net and a skate park. The hotel itself is colour full and fun. The staff were immensely helpful whether it be finding toothbrushes and armbands when our luggage didn’t turn up, or offering advice for restarts visit. We stayed in a family room - there are five of us. There was enough space and it was well thought through with big drawers beneath the beds for storage. The balcony was large so that gave us a good outdoor space too. As the balcony was north facing it never received any sun which was a bit disappointing. It’s a five minute walk to the beach where there is lots of surf available. The beaches are beautiful and well worth a visit. The town itself is small but friendly and there is enough there to explore. The breakfasts at the hotel were delicious and always a bit of variety. As the hotel got a bit busier as summer progressed there was some waiting around and things did take a bit of time to be refilled. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a slightly active holiday on a bit more of a luxurious space.

Classico hotel della catena Campanile. Camera minimal, letti comodi, bagno ristrutturato senza finestra né aerazione. C'è la possibilità di sistemare solo un trolley se si è in coppia la seconda valigia verrà messa su una sedia. Nella nostra camera c'erano solo 3 appendiabiti e non ci sono armadi chiusi ma tutto è a vista. Parcheggio gratuito. Colazione con prodotti dolci e salati. Personale gentile e professionale. Ti chiedono quante volte vuoi che ti sistemino la camera e per un 3 stelle mi sembra un po' anomalo. Non è presente ne frigobar né cassaforte né asciugacapelli. Ottimo il prezzo per il mese di agosto.

This is a nicely modernised classic hotel with a history going back over 100 years. We liked this hotel very much. A mistake by me when making the reservation resulted in us being allocated a twin room at the back of the hotel, facing the wall of the adjacent shopping centre. Disappointed with this, we returned to reception and asked if a better room was available. It was! We were given a lovely spacious room at the front overlooking the park. This approach typified the hotel. All the staff we dealt with were exceptionally helpful and friendly, including those on reception and the waiters in the restaurant. We dined three times in the restaurant where the food was delicious. I was a little concerned about the parking arrangement in the car park of the shopping centre, but it worked out well. There is a separate lift which will take you to the hotel’s rear entrance without the need to enter the shops. We found the Sana Silver Coast hotel an excellent base for drives to the coast, the caves of Mira de Aire, the remarkable Buddha Eden and Obidos (late in the day when the crowds were leaving).

Au début vous vous demandez, mais ou ai je réservé ? Hotel dans lieu isolé, quasi rien autour, mais peniche à 6mn. Hall spacieux propre accueillant… chambre très spacieuse… nickel même, mais pour ma vue mer… piscine : totale deception !!! Chambre 123 à eviter que pour cela… sauf si vs souhaitez ne pas sortir sur le balcon….déprimant ! Chouette pr des vacances… pas les photos du site pour la vue Et pour le service bar… ne soyez pas pressé… mais joli bar pr patienter
