Best Western Plus Hotel Alpenhof

"Mio marito e io abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti in uno studio a terrazza, a 2 minuti dall'edificio principale, e la stanza era spaziosa e aveva un armadio a piedi, che era molto conveniente all'epoca. Ogni mattina abbiamo avuto un colazione diversa sulla pittoresca terrazza dell’edificio principale e ogni sera abbiamo avuto una piscina nella piscina al piano terra, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di provare il massaggio e di controllare la sala fitness. Il servizio era grande, il personale amichevole e gentile, la posizione immacolata. Le uniche due cose che mi sono perse sono una mattina più dura (o appena più recente) e una caldaia la macchina del caffè è venuta con la funzionalità di cottura dell'acqua, ma non è stato così buono :) Sarebbe bello stare ancora una volta a Best Western Plus Hotel Alpenhof."

"Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere direttamente con l'hotel per 3 notti e ricevuto una conferma di posta elettronica dall'hotel. Quando ci siamo reclutati, ci hanno detto che la nostra prenotazione è stata cancellata per errore. Ci hanno fornito 4 camere singole per la 1a notte e camere doppie per le prossime 2 notti. Nash e un gentiluomo tedesco in servizio quando tutti uscivano per assicurarci che siamo confortevoli e non stressati dall'errore dell'hotel. Siamo stati felici di rimanere all'hotel anche se non ci sono state date le camere che abbiamo prenotato per 3 notti ."

"Abbiamo già avuto molte volte nel bellissimo hotel Oberstdorf e siamo entusiasti ogni volta. L'hotel è ben arredata e molto pulita, tutti i dipendenti sono amichevoli e di aiuto. Ci fa piacere anche ogni anno quando vediamo faccia famose. Il cibo è molto buono, soprattutto il colazione è eccellente! La situazione è sognante. Torniamo l'anno prossimo!"

"The hotel and the room very good, service was good but they did struggle with English and us with our very limited German but we did manage! The food we had was bland but that is the only thing to have a slight grumble about. All in All a very good hotel and was a pleasure to stay there"

"A cozy, comfortable hotel in a quiet location in Tiefenbach, 4 kilometres from Oberstdorf. Everything was perfect: the suite with a big balcony, fantastic breakfast and dinner, peaceful spa area, and above all the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and relaxation."

"The hotel looks very nice from the outside. It’s located in the middle of the village, and you can reach every destination from there. Our room was clean and spacious. They got a strange policy that you can chose not to have your room cleaned for environmental reasons. I’m familiar to have an option for not changing your towels, but not to leave out the whole room. The staff responsible for breakfast and the restaurant is overwhelmed with their tasks. A lot of running around that results in disappointing service. There’re better options available for a better price. The management is arrogant and didn’t give me the feeling that I was a welcome guest. When addressing the room cleaning policy issue, we received an arrogant and rude answer. I’m not paying to get insulted."
