Hotel in zona Lidl, Oberammergau

Il 13° giorno (da 20) di Our2022EuroAdventure da Budapest, crociera lungo il Danubio e poi attraverso la Bayerische poi Parigi. Desideri che trascorriamo più di una notte (di un viaggio guidato) a Blue Gams! Qui per il Leidenschaftsspiel e tutto il suo significato storico/espirituale. La posizione è ideale, quasi lontano dal sentiero battuto. Non si può sovrascrivere le visizioni straordinarie dal nostro lanai (balcone). Osservare la piccola città sotto si sveglia fino a un nuovo giorno, mentre ci preparavamo a partire era molto memorabile. L'hotel serve un delizioso colazione e caffè per adattarsi a ogni gusto internazionale in una sala da pranzo dove gli stranieri possono mescolare e condividere storie; anche quando si sono precipitati a passare alla prossima avventura.Apprezzò la sensazione rustica del posto. Sicuramente andrà fuori per rimanere qui sul prossimo treno. Hoagland raccomandato. Controllalo.

Lovely hotel. Close to the town. We had a Comfort Room with a view of the Wetterstein Mountains - great room. Free mini-bar for water; soft drinks and beer. Great shower. Service at reception really good. Restaurant ok, but a bit corporate in comparison.

Stayed here as part of a group tour going to the Oberammergau passion play. The hotel is about a half hour drive from Oberammergau itself. The hotel at first seemed quite old fashioned with lots of wood and patterned carpets and a very rickety single lift. However the hotel is actually a very nice mix of old and modern. With a very nice seating area in the reception area and a nice bar area. Our room was on the 2nd floor, we did manage to squeeze 3 people into the tiny rickety lift, but it wasn’t easy. The only plus was at least the lift was fast. The room was nice with a separate seating area, the beds initially seemed soft, but actually were comfortable, the storage was good and there was a decent flat screen TV. There was also a safe, which I couldn’t initially get to work as there were no instructions, however I asked at reception for help and they sent housekeeping very quickly to show me how it worked. They also sent someone to change the pillows which were far too soft. The bathroom/shower room was very nice, obviously recently upgraded, it was very clean and modern with nice toiletries and bathrobes were included. We had a very nice balcony which would be nice to sit out on, unfortunately we had no time (or energy) to do this. The restaurant is on the ground floor, with a nice selection on the menu which we enjoyed. The staff were lovely very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served in the conservatory area, which was frankly cold as breakfast was early and the windows were open as was the door. Breakfast was continental with some hot food, scrambled egg and one other hot side. The reason I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 is there was no air conditioning in our room, the room was very hot, we left the window open of course, but that just let more hot air in, also the lift really was poor and breakfast was really quite chilly with windows and door open in the early morning.

Le stanze sono molto semplici e le case degli abitanti del villaggio sono visivamente sensibili. Il condizionatore è molto scarso, spesso si spegne automaticamente e si sveglia più volte durante il sonno. La superficie del pavimento in legno sembra la stessa. Ho messo i calzini e ho camminato. I calzini sono diventati molto sporchi. Si stima che gli addetti alle pulizie abbiano solo passato l'aspirapolvere e non lavato il pavimento. Le tende sono state tirate energicamente e la polvere è entrata negli occhi. Dovrebbe essere passato molto tempo da quando sono stati puliti. C'è un balcone ma la privacy è scarsa, non è bloccata ed è condivisa dai residenti al primo piano. C'è un ristorante a meno di dieci metri dal balcone, e ci sono persone sedute fuori la mattina, la sera, e di fronte a qui. L'unica soddisfazione è che l'ambiente del ristorante non è male, ma le camere sono così rudimentali che non potrebbe essere più rudimentale.

Alpenhof is a nice enough hotel, but so many little things were off, there’s no way it can compare to other five star hotels in the Alps. Starting with the arrival by car - greeted by a phalanx of no stopping signs in the entrance, best just to drive directly into the parking garage and unpack there. The how-fast-can-I-say-my-greeting speech introduction to the hotel from the lady checking us in. The varying levels of maintenance on the walls, furniture etc (brown stain in the porcelain sink, mirror damaged, screen door opens and slams shut in the wind, random little hook sticking out of the wall in the hallway, …) Being woken on Sunday around 830 to what sounded like construction but turned out to be the maids pushing their trolleys across tiles in the hallway. The outlandish prices in the restaurant for food that was ok but nothing else (fish overcooked, portion tiny) A breakfast buffet with “everything” but not at a quality I’d expect of 5*. Seemed more like what you’d get if you did your shopping at Aldi, bread and cheese included (meaning not bad, but also not special) The narrow hallway connecting the spa with the outside pool with showers you may or may not find, where you can dry off after your shower as people press by you. That said there were also little gems. Some of the staff was very friendly (especially at the restaurant for breakfast but also some front desk staff too)! The outdoor and indoor pool were both nice. Eating breakfast in the gardens was lovely. And to be fair, those other 5* places cost a bunch more. So I guess it’s a mix of broken expectations caused by the rating, some unfriendly staff at the front desk (though there were really friendly ones there too!) plus a lack of attention to detail that I’d expect from 4* too that made this a disappointment in general.

Schönes Zimmer für die Reise mit freunde, guten Service. Wir haben den Blick auf den Berg( wirklich schön am Morgen). Aber Fernsehen ist nicht so gut gekalappt, ich glaube wegen des Modells. Trotzdem ist alles in Ordnung. Ich werde wiederkommen

Ci è piaciuto molto il soggiorno, il servizio e le attrezzature. L'insieme dell'hotel è composto da 2 case rurali e 1 case marine, che si trova direttamente sul bellissimo lago di Bader. Avevamo una camera nel campagna con vista sulla punta del treno. La colazione aveva una bella selezione di varie ricami, formaggio, uova, musli e variabili di pasticceria. Un'alternativa sarebbe stata bella, ma comunque completamente sufficiente. Il pranzo è organizzato dal ristorante ”Werdenfels” come buffet e ci ha gustato molto bene. Intorno all'hotel ci sono molte possibilità di attività all'aperto come camminare, viaggi in barca (in estate), Con il cavo sulla punta del treno e la sci. Con un biglietto dell'hotel si può andare gratuitamente al lago Eibse o nelle città vicine Garmish-Partenkirchen. Ci è un'area di benessere interna con possibilità di massaggio. Ho avuto il massaggio di relax rapido e poi sono stato profondamente rilassato! Il personale era molto attento e preconcetto. Possiamo solo consigliare l'hotel e sarebbe tornato.
