房間很大，氣派，附近環境非常好，可以慢慢散步，自帶的飯店也不錯，就是需要預約，第二天沒預約就沒位了，幸好不遠處也有別的飯店

Un hotel affascinante e particolare che ricorda quelli dei film in bianco e nero. Ottima posizione, a 10 minuti di auto da Oban, camere datate ma proprio per questo piene di fascino e dotate di tutti i comfort. Doccia, vasca, tv, asciugacapelli, salottino, bollitore con te, caffè e biscotti… ottimo il servizio. Anche la colazione è varia e abbondante. È possibile ordinare piatti caldi (uova, salsicce, pancetta…) e servirsi al buffet (a dire il vero un po’ nascosto!) per croissant, yogurt, frutta, affettati… Anche la cena, nel ristorante annesso, è di buon livello e a prezzi allineati ai locali della zona. La nostra camera, poi, aveva un terrazzino con un salottino esterno che aggiungeva una nota in più… bellissimo!

Everything at the hotel was excellent and to say it is off season, the service was excellent too. Eva made for a great reception. Everything was very clean and the evening meal/breakfast couldn't be faulted. The hotel was warm and friendly. Despite some ongoing redecorating the place ran like a clockwork. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic hotel not too far from Oban. Although we initially wanted to stay there, I'm actually very happy with our final choice. The falls of Lora hotel in Connel has an old time charm and cosy atmosphere that blend in nicely with their comfortable rooms and facilities. Our room was small but perfect for what we needed, the bed was a dream and the shower was incredible (that water pressure ). The views over the loch are not bad either. We also had breakfast there and I can say it was really good. Fantastic choice between hot and cold options and amazing customer service. I'm certainly bookmarking this one for next time we're in the area.

Unfortunately cannot comment on the food as we left before even sitting down! The waiter was rude and unhelpful. He was more concerned with his incoming table of six to be concerned with accommodating us or even being polite about the fact we were being seated in the back area away from the view, the fire and other guests and didn’t seem to understand I felt out of the nice atmosphere. He didn’t offer a table in an hour or any kind of alternative…or just even an understanding of my disappointment. Hey ho…went to the Oyster Inn along the road and the staff were lovely… friendly, accommodating and attentive.

This hotel offers a warm welcome, friendly efficient staff ,comfortable en suite bedrooms,delicious food in bistro environment and a wonderful view over the loch . There is also a bus service from outside the hotel into Oban . A local shop is two minutes walk away !! We loved our four night family time here . Hope to return someday !!

The hotel is old fashioned; but is clean, tidy and has good food. The breakfast is excellent. Dinners were good too. Varied menu. Room was small, but that is what I booked and paid for. Staff were very friendly. Car park is a little small, so take care if arriving late.

We had lovely overnight here. Staff were caring and friendly. Particularly the lovely waiter who served us breakfast, who went out of his way to make sure we had breakfast with a view. Thank you :) looking forward to coming back for a return visit.
