Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni in questa meravigliosa struttura, circondata da natura incontaminata. Abbiamo ammirato i paesaggi spettacolari e mozzafiato che l’isola offre e abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la cucina dello chef del main restaurant, che è in grado di creare una vera e propria melodia di sapori. Il personale ci ha colmato di attenzioni e riguardi, in particolare il manager Flavio che si è messo a nostra completa disposizione con competenza, gentilezza e cordialità, sempre pronto ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chi ama la natura, la pace e il relax.

Worst stop in my whole honey moon if you go there don't book hilltop 1 everything falling apart from the door to the kitchen counter to the fire place and the bath tub handel the spa has 2 staff the worst manicure I had beware from the activity scam they informed us about the the boat tour which 1000 pounds we didn't end up going on we did the shooting it was 130pounds and did half day tour for 650pounds then comes the hidden surprise they organize the falconyering experience and don't tell inform how much is going to be the night before the check out I ask and have 950pounds for just feeding a few birds 1hour and a half in left disgusted anything you ask the staff they say we don't have an answer we need to come back to you tomorrow and the fire place I've been here for 5nights and have asked them every single day to get it check and fix it on our 4th night they say it's checked nothing is wrong with it we learn how to turn it on as the duty manager told me we don't escort the guest to this type of room. I've lived and travelled to many parts of the world but an experience like this with a so called 5star hotel it's more like a 3star hotel such a shame the property is beautiful but the management needs to have a look.

This enchanting hotel was paradise! It provided a perfect balance between things to do and space you need to just sit back and unwind. The staff were very helpful, responsive and very friendly. We had the pleasure of staying in two different rooms, one in the main hotel and a suite out by the spa and we loved both! We also ate at both restaurants and enjoyed both meals! And lunch in the conservatory was absolute perfection! Get the ham and cheese toastie or BLT! You can’t go wrong! And whatever you do go enjoy a treatment at the spa! I enjoyed a facial and massage and left feeling relaxed and pampered.

When arriving at the Isle of Eriska, there is an air of tranquility. The Hotel has all the necessary luxury one would expect. The cleanliness is visibly noticeable, and everything is well put together. The spa is luxurious and the indoor pool a treat for us, as my partner and I love swimming. The Deck Restaurant decor is stylish and the food sublime. The views spectacular. From the time we arrived, after our long drive, the staff was attentive and extremely professional. The gardens are well taken care of, and the feeling of been on The Isle Of Eriska knowing it was our peaceful retreat for a few days was a wonderful experience. The lovely town of Oban close by, which has ferry's taking trip's to many of the islands around the area, make the Isle of Eriska the ideal place to retreat after a long day of exploring. I look forward to returning there, and highly recommend it.

From the moment we arrived, the stunning Scottish landscape took my breath away. The private island setting offered a sense of seclusion and exclusivity that made my stay feel special. The hotel itself was a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern luxury. Our room was a cozy retreat with a plush bed, elegant furnishings, and a view that looked straight out of a postcard. Dining at the hotel was a highlight of our visit. The restaurant served exquisite dishes that were a testament to Scotland’s rich culinary heritage. Each meal was a celebration of flavors, and the attentive staff made sure every dining experience was memorable. The spa facilities were perfect for relaxation. The indoor heated pool was a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring the island’s natural beauty. Every interaction with the hotel staff was marked by warmth and professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, making me feel like royalty. Our stay at the Isle of Eriska Hotel was an unforgettable escape into luxury and tranquility. It’s a place we would recommend to anyone seeking a five-star experience in a breathtaking Scottish setting.

I’ll start this off by saying that the island is absolutely beautiful and that in of itself is the reason this review gets 3-5 stars. My family came here from America for our summer vacation so I’m not sure how much of this was a difference in culture or bad management. The website clearly stated that the condos/houses had 1. Laundry machines, 2. a jacuzzi, and 3. A DVD player. All of which our house did not have. In fact, there is not a single laundry machine on the entire island and so when my family got back from a hike and we went to try and wash our clothes just to find our house did not have laundry machines, it had to be taken off site. Not only that, it was extraordinarily expensive per load. We felt deceived as we would have not packed lightly knowing there were no on site laundry services. On top of that, they lost my clothes and they had to be searched for - and were found to be at the laundry place. The pillows also smelt like fish poop, which made sleeping quite difficult. Lastly, the dinner was absurdly priced for an underwhelming selection, and overall, just an unimpressive experience.

Fabulous place, great walks, quiet, beautiful, excellent service and the Victorian Suite is incredible, with a glass ceiling and an open fire. The spa and pool are very pleasant. The staff were so helpful, and gave us a tour of the whole island in the hotel’s 4x4, a book and a beautiful print of the building in acknowledgement that our ancestors used to own the place. Despite our family having sold it nearly one hundred years ago, the receptionist, Cathy (sp?) recognised the surname immediately. A special occasion was made even more special.

We spent one night at Isle of Eriska. Although it was October, we were incredibly lucky that it was clear blue skies and we got to spend a blissful hour after arrival enjoying the serenity of the island. Our room was spacious, full of character and have everything you could need. Dinner was a delight (particularly pleasing to be offered a separate 3 choice vegetarian menu). However the real reason I felt compelled to write a review was due to the absolutely beautiful spa and the fantastic team who work there, each team member I encountered epitomised 5 star service at its very best. Unfortunately I was feeling a bit poorly on the morning of my visit and they all went out of their way to make it as lovely an experience as possible. For example, as I was relaxing by the pool, one of the team went out of his way, without me asking, to bring some honey and ginger tea, to make me feel better. The spa team are a real credit to the hotel and the newly refurbished spa is worth a visit in its own right...one of the best. ..
