Kaila Krizantem Hotel

Wonderfull place. Very good food, very clean hotel next to the beach, markets, bazars. The bus to center goes from hotel. Everything was perfect. I highly recomend Kaila Hotel. The staff was amazing, helpfull and kind, they speak few languages. Especially thanks to Dervish and Murat ! We will come again for sure! Love from Poland

We have just returned from our holiday at the KAILA Hotel Alanya. I would like share our positive experience. The staff were amazing and friendly . The food was very varied and tasty. I asked for a room change due to not liking staying on the higher level of the hotel. I made this request with the manager Gizem Abut. Gizem responded quickly changed our room with out issue and came to see us through our holiday to ask how we were getting on. First class customer service. Thankyou Gizem and all the staff for making us feel so welcome and valued.

I’ve just checked out of the Kaila Krizantem Hotel after a week’s stay in August for my birthday with my youngest son. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with Oba Beach directly opposite. There’s even a tunnel running under the main road straight to the beach, where guests have access to dedicated sun loungers free of charge. The beach bar is also a nice touch – definitely worth a visit if you get the chance. The hotel itself is very popular with Eastern European guests, which isn’t a negative at all, but if you’re a British traveller or family it’s worth knowing that the food is more tailored towards them. Staff, for the most part, were friendly and helpful. As with anywhere in the world there were one or two who seemed a little miserable, but generally the service was very good. The animation team were also great in the little interaction my son and I had with them, although their offering did feel a bit limited compared to other resorts. Overall, for a four-star hotel, it delivers exactly what you’d expect. A solid 4 out of 5 stars from me.

We had a great holiday here. This hotel is beautiful, lovely and modern. Our room was great and cleaned frequently. The animation team was great. Always remembered our names and made us feel like we was friends and got us involved in the activities. We enjoyed the daily pool game which was different each day, darts, water polo, aqua gym and Zumba. I already miss the morning dance! We watched some of the shows in the evening when we stayed in and they was good. Bingo was great, especially as we won! We got on well with one of the waiters who we always had a chat with and a laugh about football. The staff are always so busy doing something to keep the hotel clean and tidy. We went out for an evening meal and a day trip arranged by our rep which was very good. We arranged a private transfer as we have been to Alanya before and know how far away it is from the airport. This was great. The food was not catered for us but we did not go hungry and what we did eat was nice. The special cocktails was very nice and changed each time and each bar. The man in the shop on site was a very nice man. The hotel is opposite the beach and has a tunnel which takes you there. Fresh towels are provided daily. There are lots of shops and restaurants very close by, no need to have to go to far. We met some lovely people, it there was some who are not like minded. This is a family hotel, it would probably not be advisable to go wanting to be miserable sitting by the pool and moaning when you’ve been splashed by the wet water! But that’s just other people - not a hotel issue and didn’t let them spoil our holiday. There is security at the entrance of the hotel who are very lovely and helpful. The slide is food - not just for the children! Unfortunately we needed a doctor and the hotel sent a medial lady was with us instantly. She was able to provide us with a doctor who again came very quickly. The reception kindly let us extend our check out for an hour. Apart from needing the doctor - this was one of our best holidays. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely hard working and accommodating. Typhoon provided great entertainment and the chef did a great job with meals. Food was fresh with lots of options He was also friendly and chatted with guests. The rooms were okay. They were small and a bit outdated. The bathroom needs renovation. Overall, the building is being renovated bit by bit so hopefully they will be updated in the future.
