Отель требует капитального ремонта это не 4*, максимум 3* Кондиционер в номере не работает, дверь балкона не закрываются летают мошки и комары интерьер из 90-х , интернета нет, в Холле стоит сломанная мебель , уборщицы не убирают каждый день, грязь везде , кормят так себе в столовой непонятный дядька ходит и следит кто что поел мешает заглядывает в тарелки зовут кажется Мустафа, еда однообразная , на пляже все зонты и лежаки сломаны подумайте прежде ехать

Хороший отель. Номера большие, мебель, сан.техника, лампочки все работает, ничего не сломано, маскитные сетки есть. Постельное белье, полотенце чистые. С водой все отлично горячая, холодная напор хороший. Кормили умеренно- хорошо, мне хватало ,а ем я много. Чистота во всём отеле. Недостаток в том , что нет бесплатного интернета в номере, но это не страшно. Спасибо. Вернусь к вам.

We chose this hotel only because of the high rating on Rainbow’s website, which at the time of booking showed 5.4, and according to Rainbow this hotel is rated as a local 4*. We believe we were misled, and that these comments and ratings are pure manipulation. In our opinion, this hotel has no stars at all, as it likely never went through certification, and no stars are displayed anywhere, neither on the signboard nor in the lobby. We have been going on holidays to 4- and 5-star hotels for over 30 years, and it was not our first time in Turkey either, but this was by far the WORST hotel we have ever stayed in. The description claimed the rooms were 30 m², yet in reality we had to spend 2 weeks in a tiny box, barely 20 m² (photo attached), where one could only lie down - literally a hole. The TV in the room had a broken remote control; staff tried to replace the batteries three times, then simply took them away and never returned, which was problematic since the TV had only a Power button,no way to change channels or adjust the volume. We waited two days for the broken safe in the room to be repaired. Only one key card is provided, which also controls the power in the room, meaning every time you leave, the electricity and air conditioning switch off. Coming back from the beach, an excursion, or even dinner, you return to a room overheated by the sun with weak air conditioning. The balcony door could not be locked securely from the inside, which was stressful - we know of cases in Mallorca where thieves entered through balconies at night while guests were asleep. On top of that, the balcony doors were not airtight, so the constant noise of traffic from the busy street below made it impossible to sleep peacefully at night. The food was of the lowest imaginable quality, practically like ready-made canteen food. Frozen fries (and other frozen potato forms) poured from bags straight into oil in front of guests, instant mashed potatoes, raw meat patties cooked on “live cooking” (served the next day in sauce), turkey nuggets floating in a smelly marinade scooped from huge plastic bags onto pans, cold cuts at breakfast were always the same three kinds of mortadella, and pizza topped with mortadella pretending to be salami, or with corn, was their specialty. Main dishes were often cold, meat was dry. Desserts were cheap, artificial-colored cakes, baklava soaked in sugar water instead of honey, etc. I’m not picky, when I was a child I even liked school canteens in communist Poland, but for the first time in my life I found myself walking away three times from a hotel dinner without taking anything. Even vegetable salads were often made from stale vegetables (many variations, but basically endless combinations of tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and lettuce, repeating over and over). The wine was the cheapest plonk, barely resembling wine, always served in dirty glasses. There was no sense of elegance, no dress code like long trousers for dinner as in classy

We had a wonderful stay at the Citrus Plaza Hotel with our family. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. Every guest receives personal attention – you don’t feel like just a hotel guest, but truly part of a family. The food was a highlight: varied, plentiful, and always fresh, often prepared right in front of you. The staff deserve special praise – they are incredibly warm, genuinely caring, and work tirelessly to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Their dedication really makes a difference. The care for guests is matched by the care for people, nature, and the environment. Towels and bed linen are changed regularly or on request, which clearly shows thoughtful attention to sustainability and avoiding waste. A few suggestions that could make the experience even better: * Make all facilities, besides the restaurant and hotel rooms, non-smoking areas, with designated smoking zones, so non-smokers are not inconvenienced by secondhand smoke. * Offer smaller dessert portions to help avoid food spillage. * Consider a small surcharge per table to encourage guests to avoid food waste. Overall, we had an excellent and heartwarming stay. With just a few minimal adjustments, a future visit could be even more delightful. Highly recommended! Greets from the "Big Family"!!!

The hotel is super, the service is top notch. The food is super, every day a different menu. I recommend it to everyone. I had a great rest for 2 weeks. The staff is pleasant. If a problem arises, they solve it on the same day. The bed linen is changed every day, the rooms are cleaned every day. The rooms are very cozy. The beach is 150 meters from the hotel. Shops, restaurants are 50 meters. Super place. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

I am staying at Hotel Citrus Plaza and had an amazing holiday. I highly recommend this hotel for couples, families, or solo travelers looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The location is perfect – just a short walk from the beach and close to shops and restaurants, yet the atmosphere is peaceful and calm. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping that keeps everything fresh and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were quick to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made the whole experience even better. The pool area is lovely, with plenty of sunbeds and a relaxed vibe. I appreciated that there were clear rules about reserving sunbeds, so there was no stress in the mornings. And the food? Absolutely 10/10! Delicious, varied, and freshly prepared – there was something for everyone. From local Turkish specialties to international classics, every meal was a highlight. A big bonus was the free Wi-Fi and access to medical help if needed – especially reassuring when traveling with kids or if health issues come up.
