The service we received at the restaurant was absolutely impecable. Food was delicious and portions generous. We loved Aixa she made our day every day she has the warmest personality and smile. Last day we met Diego by the bar he went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. Tony also went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and has great recommendations.

Excellent service, beautiful hotel centrally located in Oaxaca. The restaurant and bar are both excellent and the personnel is helpful and attentive. The location is ideal— just a block from the zocalo and the cathedral. You can walk to the market, museums and the main streets packed with galleries and restaurants.

From the moment you step into this hotel, you’re embraced by a sense of calm that beautifully contrasts with the hustle and bustle of the city. Every detail is thoughtfully curated: the amenities, the décor, and the overall ambiance reflect exceptional care. The food was delicious, and the rooms were simply outstanding. The quality of the pillows and duvets provided the best rest I’ve had in a long time. During my stay, I joined two activities: Reset Your Mind and Breath Work. Both were transformative experiences, guided by professionals who know exactly how to help you disconnect and reconnect with yourself. I must highlight Cantinita, the hotel’s bar, which is spectacular. Without a doubt, one of the most amazing hot spots in Oaxaca. The service is incredibly personalized, making you feel special at all times. This is an experience I not only recommend but one I can’t wait to repeat.

Overall a great hotel that is very centrally located. Loved all the helpful and caring staff. Highs: Rooftop bar & restaurant with great cocktails, elevated food and stunning view. Large room with AC/Heat and nice sized bathroom. Beautiful central lounge space with koi pond. Free breakfast (eggs your way, bread, fruit) daily was great on rooftop. Staff is so helpful, kind and accommodating. We get up early so manager made me green tea daily in lobby and a daily Americano for my spouse at the bar (capuchino machine). WiFi worked well. Only potential issue (not for us) is storage is limited in the room and no chair/TV. Warning that December is a very active and vibrant time in the City. So much activity everywhere, entertainment and beautiful, but lots of noise. Fire crackers and bands galore with parades for saints, weddings and quinceañeras. Enjoy, but bring earplugs. Friends in other hotels complained even more about the noise in their location.

Absolutely the kindest hospitality and customer service. The food was incredible and tied in a lot of cultural cuisine. The place is decorated with lots of local charm. It’s a little oasis in Oaxaca. Will return for the food the ambiance, the Beauty and charm.

Where do I start.....so close to the Zocalo with fantastic atmosphere, the best cocktails in Oaxaca, and the staff were so down to earth and friendly. This became our almost daily stop....our group would always meet here before heading out. Highly recommend hanging out here.

This bar became our local rally point for our group of travelers. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The drinks were well priced and delicious. This is a small, intimate bar that never felt too busy during Dia de Muertos. It's the perfect break from the Zocalo. ♥️

Great service, great food, cool bar, nice pool. The restaurant on the roof is a hidden gem - underrated very nice food. The rooftop offers pleasant views and a relaxed atmosphere, suitable for a casual meal or evening out. The staff is attentive, and the bar and pool provide a comfortable space. It’s a solid option for those looking for a well-rounded experience and good quality food. Great breakfast too

Our stay was filled with nice touches like fresh fruit and juice on arrival. Great central location, helpful staff, delicious food and great views on the rooftop restaurant, and thoughtful amenities. The hotel staff were friendly and informative; they helped us reserve taxis and a driver to tour Hierve el Agua, El Tulle, and Teotitlán. The room was well appointed-it was like they had thought of everything.
