"I don’t typically leave reviews, but this experience should be taken seriously. I booked a last-minute stay at Four Points Sheraton in Oakville. Dinner was my first concern - the chicken had a noticeable fish-like smell. I chose not to eat it, and it was removed from my bill. The Caesar salad was also lacking flavour, even with extra dressing. While disappointing, I let that go. The bigger issue was the condition of the rooms. As someone with a background in housekeeping and someone who stays in 25+ hotels a year, I’m very familiar with what standard hotel cleaning should look like. There should be no visible signs of previous guests. The first room had sticky spots, visible residue, crumbs, and debris in corners, along with bathroom floors that had clearly not been properly mopped. After requesting a room change, the second room presented similar concerns. There was a short hair left in the sink and additional staining on the floors between the sink and shower. I’ve included photos because this was not an isolated oversight - it reflects a pattern of incomplete cleaning and lack of attention to basic sanitation standards. This is not about minor imperfections. Proper cleaning between guests is a basic expectation in any hotel, and when it’s not done thoroughly, it raises legitimate concerns about hygiene. At that point, I was too exhausted to relocate again and had an early morning, so I stayed. However, this is not an experience I would expect at this brand or price point. I would strongly recommend that management review housekeeping protocols and training. Until that happens, I would advise others to consider alternative accommodations."

"L'hotel è relativamente nuovo, in generale si sente bene, la stanza non è grande ma il letto 🛏️ è molto largo, le due persone dormono abbastanza e il letto è molto comodo.Il colazione può essere detto che è un livello locale normale, e il letto può essere leggermente semplice per i cinesi.Ma mangiare il letto è un problema. Il problema principale è l'isolamento del suono. Qualcuno parla nel corridoio a mezzanotte, la voce è troppo alta per essere completamente isolata."
