Hanno sostituito un frigo rotto non velocemente, ma l'hanno fatto. Lo stesso ronzio con un ingoio chiuso. Il servizio in camera è promesso ogni altro giorno, OK, su richiesta, finalmente l'hanno gestito dopo 4 notti ... Hanno sostenuto che il nostro prepagato non era stato pagato e mi hanno costretto a contattare Trip dot com per chiarimenti. La nostra camera è venuta con vista stradale, che significa una linea ferroviaria +, vedi foto. Con finestre chiuse il rumore non era problema per noi, AC funziona bene. Per i suggerimenti utili sulla zona, chieda al gentile gentile ginitor;)

Questo hotel è sempre in stile americano fatti tutti con lo stampo ma per lo meno è situato in una posizione gradevole. La nostra camera con terrazzo dava sull'imbarcadero e la vista era piacevole. Comodo parcheggio e in 20 minuti sei in centro a San Francisco. Se si vuole evitare il caos della Città può essere una buona scelta. Pessima abitudine degli hotel americani di non rifare la camera se non soggiorni almeno per tre giorni. Colazione sufficiente.

Non ha alcuna finestra all'interno, ma se da qualsiasi finestra si effettivamente molto verde molti punti di cibo e molti negozi vicini sono a piedi distanza e BART che è una forma di trasporto è molto vicina da Io davvero piace tutto su questa stanza molto accogliente molto Clean and the customer service is fantastic here every time

Questo hotel è a soli 3 minuti a piedi dal Bart, la posizione è eccellente. Quando si scende, c'è così tanta scelta di cibo da scegliere dalla città cinese. Il personale del desk front è così amichevole, ci consiglia un sacco di cibo bello. La stanza è pulita e bella. Molto consigliata

Horrible customer service and cleanliness! I came from out of town hoping to spend a great weekend in Jack London square and the bay area only to check into a room with used female sanitary pads wrapped up on the bathroom sink. I informed the front desk worker only to be told I would have to wait until he could get someone to clean the room. I then asked if I could have another room instead which he then offered. I went to the new room only to be disappointed as it had clumps of hair scattered on the floor. Frustrated, I complained again. Tired from a day of traveling and having to move my bags from one room to another on different floors, I just cleaned the hair up myself and stayed in the room. I would have left and checked into another hotel but there were none available at the time. After checking out the next day, I was told to contact the manager Mr. Singh concerning my complaints. I called and emailed him for five straight days only to be ignored and given the run around by his employees. I will never come here again and I would advise you not to either.

I don't know Oakland well and thought there would be a lot of activity in the streets, and that Jack London Square would be a happening place. It was a healthy walk from BART around 6pm on a Monday, but I basically so no one but a few folks who seemed on hard times so I was nervous about the location. What made up for it was my room--very spacious, very clean and new-feeling, cute design elements, very comfortable. There was a balcony, which could've been great--views of the Marina--but it's covered in bird crap. Since my room was on the 2nd floor, I felt like I was almost eye to eye with folks hanging around who, again, seemed like they were going through hard times. I kept to myself in my room. I was there for work, so I wasn't exploring the hotel neighborhood during the day and met up with friends in cool neighborhoods for dinner. One morning I went for a run along the marina and saw just enough people to feel safe, but far fewer people than I would expect on a waterfront path in a city. One night I went to Plank, the nearby bowling alley/arcade/restaurant/bar steps away and had pizza. It was fine. Weird location, but I don't know Oakland well enough to know where would've been better. Loved the room.

Save your money. Don't stay here. I've stayed in my fair share of dirty hotels and can manage for the most part but when you see cockroaches, that's where I draw the line. When I first got to the floor my room was on, it already smelled of smoke even though I requested a non-smoking room. When I went into the bathroom, the sink and bathrooms had hairs in it as if it was never cleaned. Right when I was going to take a shower, I saw something on the wall and thought it was just a moth, but turns out to be a large cockroach. I immediately packed up my stuff and went downstairs to check out. I think this hotel is short staffed. When I checked in, Lydia at the front desk was on the phone but pretty sure it was a personal call, as I waited a couple moments and watched her hang up on the person. I was still polite and patient. When I went downstairs to tell her of my issue, she was cordial and did my refund as requested. However, it wasn't the full amount that I had paid and I asked to speak to a manager but she told me there was no manager and to call back the next day to figure it out. It wasn't until I pushed back a bit where she called some support number but ended up telling me the same thing and I had to call another number to solve my issue and get my full refund. Management - this roach issue looks like it's been going on for awhile. Don't respond to reviews and say you're addressing it when it's STILL occurring.
