UUtente ospiteThe Daxton is a great hotel it’s pretty consistent every time I stay. I rate cleanliness a 3 because my experience has been hit and miss. The first and second time I stayed the cleanliness was on point. The third time I stayed they put me in a room that just wasn’t very clean they apologized, moved me immediately and upgraded my room that was nice. The last time I stayed whoever cleaned my bathroom had shedding hair or something and there were long strands of hair that were not my own in the shower and on my towel. That wasn’t cool but it happens. The amenities are great they have a complimentary snack area in each floor with coffee, tea, beverages and little pastries and snacks which is an excellent extra and overall the service is great. The area around the hotel is very walkable there is great shopping and food options there’s even a nice park nearby. The Daxton has become my go to hotel when visiting MI and I come up quite a bit.

YYvonnetehThe service was great, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. I love the hotel! The only suggestion I have for the hotel is to add recycling bins in the rooms or perhaps on each floor in the main corridor. This would allow customers the option to help sort our garbage and trash (plastic, paper, cardboard), especially since the rooms do provide bottled water.

UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel è bello. Era pulito. E' più lontano dal centro di Rochester Hills di quanto indica il sito web. Siamo stati delusi che non c'era un tubo caldo, solo una piccola piscina all'interno. Le letti e le mutandine erano comodi. Due piani dell'hotel erano pieni di squadra di hockey dei bambini che correvano selvaggiamente in altri piani, compreso il nostro piano. La mattina dopo la mattina era molto la stessa, i bambini urlavano, correvano in giro, facevano una merda di tutto mentre i genitori parlavano con gli altri genitori. I bambini miscelavano tutti i succhi diversi insieme e poi lo gettavano fuori perché non sapeva bene, gettavano le banane che non pelsero, solo sprecavano cibo. So che non era colpa degli hotel. È solo una vergogna che i genitori o i bambini non abbiano prestato attenzione a tutti gli altri patroni. Dovremmo aspettare che l'unica persona che manda la sala da colazione riempia la maggior parte dei prodotti del colazione. Una volta riempita, c'era una bella selezione di cibo caldo e freddo. Io resterei ancora in questo hotel di nuovo

KKleidioIm currently staying at this hotel and i have to say the location of the place and the amenities are pretty good, but cleanliness? There’s a huge chicken wing sticked in the mirror. This is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in my life . Paying this much money and staying in a hotel is supposed to be clean . A CHICKEN WING IN THE F***** MIRROR????? come on do better , this js not how u keep your customers . The cleaners cannot miss things like these because it makes our stay horrible. I would appreciate if there will be something done for this disgusting inconvenience

UUtente ospiteQuando ci siamo tirati su, c'erano 3 auto di polizia. Il cameriere di ufficio non poteva parlare inglese. Il tessuto sulla scala era grosso sporco. Uno dei tasti non funzionava e ci siamo arresi dopo 2 viaggi al ufficio di fronte. Il bagno era stato rotto. Il bagno era così brutto che ci siamo docciati ai parenti che abbiamo visitato. L'unica “guida TV” era una lista di stazioni tatterizzate. “Internet era così lento che mi sono arreso con l'uso dopo 6 “temporali” messaggi. Chipped up doors, dirty corners and along walls. Sfondi di lampada rotti, luci di luce non conciliabili, combattimento in parcheggio loto ...
Il posto più disgustoso che abbiamo soggiornato nel corso dell’ultimo decennio!

JJanetThis place was old but the rooms have been upgraded. Our room was mostly clean with just some corners missed. The updates were basic but nice. We do appreciate the hard floor in place of carpeting. The bed was very comfortable. We especially appreciated the desk, microwave and refrigerator and the many outlets around the room. There was one weird piece of that though. None of the desk power worked unless the overhead light was on. My husband does desk work before i get up and this added many hurdles for him.
The staff was very friendly. We had some extra time so stopped to see if we could check in early but they apologized that they couldn't accommodate us because the rooms were not ready. I would much rather wait than have a room that cleaning was rushed to get us in.
This hotel enforces a quiet time which again is wonderful for us.. We play music for a living and we fully appreciate a discounted but quiet room stay.
The drive to the hotel is a little difficult to follow the first time because the road comes in the back way. It feels a little unsafe BUT we had no issues at all. We will be back.

UUtente ospiteThis happened to be one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever seen in my life first one they gave me fridge raider was moldy bed was dirty bathroom disgusting so I asked for another one the second one the same thing food all over the top of the dresser crumbs that was broken sus but all the walls the carpet with sticky it stunk the pool was filthy. Yes, it is a cheap hotel, but still could still be kept clean. I will never go back. I used to go there all the time the people that work there are great they just need to keep it clean. It’s gross the floors floors how can you go onto your room in the floor be sticky the carpet
