Hotel con colazione inclusa a Oak Brook

La stanza era spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Il desk era molto utile, intendevamo, tutti quelli che si trovavano li erano gentili e amichevoli!

L'ambiente circostante è bello e la condivisione commerciale è perfetta.Ma il servizio dell'hotel, in particolare la reception, non può chiederle di avere un altro bicchiere di acqua.Più sorprendente è che non possiamo permettere di visitare il quartiere ospite dell'atrio e dire che dobbiamo prenotare una sala ospite speciale

This place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel. 

Un hotel molto bello e molto pulito e sembra lussuoso. Sono un grande fan! Ho anche ordinato Uber mangiare!

Celebrando il nostro 25° anniversario. Avevamo prenotazioni in un vicino ristorante e volevamo stare vicino. In generale, il soggiorno dell'hotel era buono. Calmo e per lo più pulito. C'era un po' di cibo asciutto sulla stanza TV che mi sopprimo. La signora al di fuori del dipartimento era molto accogliente, ma uscì un po' “fredda” come se aiutarmi fosse un coro. La signora Starbucks (la sua personale) era sovraccaricata. Era l'unica persona che prendeva ordini e chiamava i clienti. Mi auguro che tutti possano essere gentili e cordiali o scegliere di non lavorare nel servizio clienti.

Mi piace la decorazione dell'hotel, molto moderno.Molto come una casa calda, molti ristoranti e negozi vicini sono molto convenienti

到的那天前台告知預定的房間衹剩一間，好在給免費升房型了，整體服務還算不錯。房間比較乾淨，早餐稍微有點簡單。入住第二天酒店WIFI連不上網，到第三天快退房的時候才好，效率有點低下。
