Base Nyon

What a wonderful experience. Basically a one minute walk from the train station. We had room 407. Corner room with beautiful views. Very quiet at the hotel. Very very very attentive staff. Enjoyed our visit. They even surprised us with an anniversary gift.

After living nearby whist Base was being built I was keen to stay whilst visiting Nyon - and I wasn’t disappointed. We stayed in a balcony suit and it was practical, fresh and airy. The beds were very comfortable and facilities were perfect. We also loved the location and customer service was exemplary.

Stayed here for 8 nights during a recent trip to Nyon to visit family. My room was clean and comfortable - came with nespresso maker, dishwasher, tv, hair dryer, basic toiletries. +Really enjoyed the kitchen, with fridge, stove and all the basics you would need to cook. Limited breakfast menu is available (pastries, yogurt, juice) but no room service otherwise. Bed was comfortable, shower pressure and water temp were great! The air-conditioned room was a added perk especially since there was a heat way and most places in Switzerland don’t have that luxury. Location was ideal! Only 2 blocks to the train station, 10 min walk to the waterfront, lots of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Hotel Staff were fantastic. From providing restaurant recommendations, travel tips, prompt response to requests for things like extra towels, to lending us adapters, everyone was welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located just near the train station, only 2 minutes walking from there so very easy and convenient. It is also located 2 minutes from the city center and 8 minutes from the Geneva lake. It is surrounded by restaurants so it's very easy to get food and I suggest trying out the Italian restaurant Luigia right below the hotel and the Cactus Jack bar to the right of it. The room is very well equipped with everything you need, looking new and maintained, the kitchen has all the basic things you need to cook for yourself. The TV has hundreds of channels in all languages and also movies that changes on a daily basis. The bed is very comfortable and nice and the hotel staff clean your room on a daily basis. The shower is very clean and good. The hotel staff are very nice and always willing to help you with any request you may have. The 5th floor balcony has a nice view but not a lot of drinks variety so I would recommend spending time in outside bars and get the vibes of this small beautiful city. The free Wi-Fi is very fast and stable! They also have a gym and a laundry room and bicycle room for your service in the basement floor. They offer a breakfast box with basic ingredients but I would recommend going to the grocery store which is 2 minutes walk and buy your own choices. Excellent service, excellent location and very good room, will definitely come back for another stay there!

Outstanding service from all staff who went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible, it was the best customer service I have ever experienced! The apartment was well designed, had lots of storage, quiet and well equipped, which was spotlessly clean. The location was great, nears shops, transport and local attractions. Overall an excellent stay and highly recommend these apartments.

Stayed with my family of 4 during one week. Extremely satisfied - by the quality of hotel; but even more by support we were getting from the hotel team! Never observed such level of proactivity, and readiness to offer solutions in my travel :)
