Location meravigliosa , edificio di epoca inglese ristrutturato a nuovo , ha aperto solo l’anno scorso, atmosfera molto lussuosa. Il manager dell’hotel, Yomal, in perfetto inglese ci ha illustrato tutti i servizi della struttura, la stanza con vista a valle era sia elegante che spaziosa con tutto ciò di cui necessitiamo, forse il bagno era un po’ piccolo ma comunque sufficiente. Cena con presentazione dei piatti veramente eccelsa, cucinata dal bravissimo chef Steven , servizio sopra le attese e prezzo congruo. Colazione personalizzata con argenteria e porcellane molto eleganti, Spa completa e riservata e su tutto la prontezza dello staff . Ci siamo sentiti in un hotel veramente di lusso , il migliore ad oggi della nostra esperienza in Sri Lanka

Truly a 5-star! Bellwood Manor feels more like a welcoming home than a run of the mill hotel. The staffs were exceptionally attentive, catering to our every need with warmth. Janaka, the restaurant manager, who was always there with a smile, ensuring we felt right at home every moment. His genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. The food here really is one of the best we had during our whole stay in Sri Lanka. The Chef takes great pride in only using local ingredients to produce some truly excellent dishes. If we ever find ourselves in Nuwara Eliya again, there's no doubt we'll be staying at Bellwood Manor. Simply unparalleled!

Absolutely outstanding service. Great food and a beautiful building and location. What more could you want? We have travelled fairly extensively and this was the best service I’ve experienced at a hotel. If you are in Nuwara Eliya I highly recommend Belwood Manor

The team of the Bellwood manor went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! You are in for a treat! You are going to be staying in a beautifully renovated British villa and they managed to preserve the old Charme and added some elegant new furniture. They even kept the light switches from back on the days, look out for them- amazing :) There is a spa area which you can book on an hourly basis for private access. They also organised horse riding for me which was 5.000LkR per hour and a former jockey took me for a two hour tour though the area and tea plantations. Rooms are up to European standards! Absolutely beautiful with Netflix in all rooms and big showers. We can absolutely recommend staying here! Plan for time in the hotel - you will love it ❤️

The best hotel experience we ever had! It was with some curiosity we chose bellwood manor as our honeymoon destination but hands down that was the best decision. From the check in the staff was so friendly and welcoming, we felt at home instantly. The room was super comfortable and the facilities such as jacuzi, sauna, steam room was fantastic. Last but not least the food was out of this world! Loved the friendless and presentation of the chef and the restaurant assistants.Definitely we will be coming again for more!

Amazing staff and service, great bed, very clean. Spa was very nice. Would definitely stay again! They are very happy to arrange and help with any questions. The breakfast was also amazing, and personal attention makes the hotel unique versus any other stay we had in Sri Lanka

We just spent two incredible nights at Bellwood Manor, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! This charming boutique hotel, with only eight rooms, offers a unique and intimate atmosphere that feels like a hidden gem. We stayed in the luxury suite with a private balcony, and it was absolutely stunning. The interior was beautifully designed, showcasing elegance and comfort in every detail. The moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The dining experience was one of the highlights of our stay. The chef prepared amazing and unique dishes, Each meal was delicious and beautifully presented, consisting of three or more courses, from a delightful amuse-bouche to exquisite desserts. He took the time to explain each dish, making the experience even more enjoyable. Every meal was simply perfect! The service was exceptional. Janaka, really made our stay special with his warm smile and attentive care. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and his cheerful personality added to the welcoming ambiance.. We also loved the indoor pool,steam room and sauna, which provided a perfect way to unwind and relax. Overall, I can’t recommend Bellwood Manor enough! It’s a perfect 10/10 for a cozy luxury getaway in Nuwara Eliya. We can't wait to return!

Best experience ever had around nuwaraeliya. Never seen more customizable and unique service before Rooms :10/10 Staff :10/10 Food: 10/10 Location :9/10 Staff were extremely friendly and full filled everything without any hassel. Surely will visit again

Had an excellent experience. Staff were friendly and food was exceptional! Heated pool and Sauna were very nice too. We booked the Junior suite and the room was very large with a large bathroom. 6 course dinner was certainly a pleasant experience.
