Single Tree Hotel

This hotel was nice with a lovely room and friendly staff. If it was so rainy imagine the views would be amazing. However the room was really cold no heating and in the morning the shower was only just warm. The floors were all shiny tiles and as we had to take our shoes off at the entrance our feet were very cold. The food for dinner was nice but much more expensive than in town. Breakfast was really good

Very clean rooms and comfortable mattress. The wood decoration looke good and suitable for the cold weather in this city. The service was outstanding as we got our bags kept in the rooms and had a amazing lemon ginger tea pot. This is a local own hotel by a nice Sri Lankan couple who took care of us and other guests too. It's around 28 minutes walking to the centre or 5 minutes by Tuk Tuk which is not too bad. I would recommend this place for families, couples and quite individual who wants peace and love 💕. The price was very affordable comparing to the other hotels in the same area. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed the night here, the gentleman upon arrival treated us like royalty he was so caring and attentive, he made our time here great! Fantastic local breakfast great comfortable bed beautiful new and clean bathroom, highly recommend! Thankyou for your wonderful accommodation, great location short walk to local restaurants and bars also.

If you plan to visit Nuwara Elyia then single tree hotel, is a must. Such a peaceful & simple place, just a few yards from the city and lake Gregory .We stayed 3 nights at this location and made o lot of trips in the tea field,tea factory,Horton plains. They gave us a good knowledgeable guide. They gave exact information about the main attractions around Nuwaraeliya.The staff is very friendly, always willing to help with anything we needed during our stay,. The room was very clean and the breakfast excellent. Thank you for the beautiful days we spent here.

Very helpful and friendly personal. The room was overpriced for what it's worth. We paid 13500 rp. The window didn't close well, the light didn't work well. The bathroom was not clean : dirty walls and floor and the toilet seat needs to be changed. But nice hot water. When we had troubles with the internet, they immediately helped us out with an other network and the second time they even gave us our own router which worked perfectly. Breakfast was a lot and very good. They even let us taste of a Sri Lankan breakfast.

We had a really good experience during our 2 night stay. The lobby area was perfect for chilling with the family. The rooms are clean with mixer hot water in every washroom. The place is tastefully done. Service was exceptional. It was more than we expected for the price. Special thanks for Mr.Camiless.
