Location meravigliosa , edificio di epoca inglese ristrutturato a nuovo , ha aperto solo l’anno scorso, atmosfera molto lussuosa. Il manager dell’hotel, Yomal, in perfetto inglese ci ha illustrato tutti i servizi della struttura, la stanza con vista a valle era sia elegante che spaziosa con tutto ciò di cui necessitiamo, forse il bagno era un po’ piccolo ma comunque sufficiente. Cena con presentazione dei piatti veramente eccelsa, cucinata dal bravissimo chef Steven , servizio sopra le attese e prezzo congruo. Colazione personalizzata con argenteria e porcellane molto eleganti, Spa completa e riservata e su tutto la prontezza dello staff . Ci siamo sentiti in un hotel veramente di lusso , il migliore ad oggi della nostra esperienza in Sri Lanka

Superb room with luxurious amenities, all the bedding and washroom equipments were world-class. Reasonable rates for the service that they are offering. Food was fantastic and served in a professional manner. The only downfall is plunged pool,steam room and sauna is given 1 hour per room stay,

The wonderful places! We have been in many places, but we have never met such excellent service! It feels like coming home with very friendly and welcoming hosts! Special thanks Janaka for creating such an atmosphere and to the chef Steeven for the amazing food worthy of a Michelin star. Be sure to try the dining experience here! This place is worth a visit, warm memories are assured. We will definitely come back!

The staff are incredibly attentive. The property is well maintained, and is situated at the foot of the mountains and opposite the river which adds to the views. Will definitely visit again! The colonial style in furnishings and service is luxurious and feels like a time capsule.

A beautiful manor home set in town with easy access to all Nuwara Eliya has to offer. Wonderful hospitality and attention to detail from kind staff make this a warm and inviting place to stay. The home has been carefully restored to have a luxury boutique hotel feel and everything is of high quality. Great to have a spa sauna for those cooler misty days. Complimentary mini bar and bikes to ride around town a nice touch! Thank you for a lovely stay.

This was our second stay at this magnificently restored property. We were pampered with excellent service, food and a well appointed suite. The sauna and hot water jacuzzi was on point and the walking trail up the hill ensured much needed movement! Already planning another visit.

3 night stay. Everything was excellent. Room - well appointed, very comfortable bed, kept pristine by the room fairies (who we never saw). Food - wonderful half board dinner and breakfast. Surroundings - I want to live in a house like this. Beautifully appointed inside and wonderful relaxing gardens. Team - could not do enough for us. From the welcome, room service and especially the restaurant team, we received warm and friendly service. Spa - available for private use. We booked in advance and used each day. Very warm plunge pool with hot steam room.

The hospitality and maintenance of the property is top notch. Make sure you try the customised six course dinner by the in-house chef, it was out of the world. The garden views compliments the nature. Overall a decent experience. Will get back if we visit Nuwara Eliya town

Truly a 5-star! Bellwood Manor feels more like a welcoming home than a run of the mill hotel. The staffs were exceptionally attentive, catering to our every need with warmth. Janaka, the restaurant manager, who was always there with a smile, ensuring we felt right at home every moment. His genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. The food here really is one of the best we had during our whole stay in Sri Lanka. The Chef takes great pride in only using local ingredients to produce some truly excellent dishes. If we ever find ourselves in Nuwara Eliya again, there's no doubt we'll be staying at Bellwood Manor. Simply unparalleled!
