We wanted a getaway that is peaceful & quiet - away from the hustle and bustle of the city. So we got it! We travelled with our two young kids. We’ve got lots of activities to look forward to especially when Legoland is 7 mins away. My kids loved the breakfast buffet & swimming pool. Room were spacious & clean with 1 sofa bed fits nicely for 4 pax. Will definitely come and stay again!

Overall the the stay/room is comfortable, there are still area cleanliness can be improved, web on the beam, slippers for guest looks like used before. But can always request a new pair, small issue. The breakfast not bad.

Spacious and comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Plenty of free party. A few restaurants in the area.

The hotel is one of the best, very clean and big. Good for family stay. The kid can even run around inside the hotel room. They also offer early check in which is one of the important features that I always looking at.

Nice big room. Stayed here for a couple of times but this time round the towels smell of smoke although the hotel is a non smoking hotel. Booked for 2A1C but breakfast was only for 1 pax.

Go for biz trip in here again. It’s good place to stay and can stay.

A very affordable hotel but far from city. If driving very accessible. One of the biggest king size bed eith a sofa bed. Easily fit 2 adults n 2 kids

Up to the standard as per hotel stars. Able to retrieve my smart watch other days, where I left it at room when check out. Appreciate it. :)

We chose this hotel for its good location and convenience, but frankly speaking, there are quite some room for improvement. For example, upon check in, after I show them the trip.com booking record, I was still questioned which online platform I made the booking and if I had paid the tourism tax through the platform. Last time when we stayed here, I did not face these trouble, because the staff could actually retrieve all these information from the hotel booking system by himself. Not sure why they couldn’t do the same this time and insist I need to provide the proof myself, others wise I must pay the tourism tax again. In addition, the 2 card keys we received were both faulty. One was not readable on the card reader in the lift, the other one cannot open the room door. We went down to exchange, but the replacement card was still faulty and couldn’t be used in the lift. That’s why I give only 2 stars for the service and amenity.

Clean hotel and big king bed. Will come again

Overall pleasant stay at Subway Hotel Big Box. But hygiene for the room can be improved as the floor and corners are quite dusty. Breakfast is ok and plenty of selection. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
