We have finally added the main house. Please do not confuse this listing with Modern Guest Suite which is a detached guest suite and its own listing. You will be sharing property but not living spaces. Everything would be separate. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1600 square feet house that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. We have 1 king, 2 queens and pull out couch.Guests are free to utilize any portion of main house and back patio. Front courtyard is shared with apartment suite guests if occupied. Garage access is available upon request.We do have 2 doorbell cameras and 1 outdoor camera for your safety. This is a detached studio (like hotel room) guest suite that is separate from the main house. We updated to a full sized bed to accommodate for 2 guests at a time. This is the only bed in the suite (additional guests would need to sleep on standard sofa). The room is located in the front of the house and has its own complete bathroom. You can park in front of house and go through main iron gate entrance.
