"I have travelled all over the world and have never had such a bad experience staying over at a hotel. The photo's on the website are nothing like the hotel. In reality, it is shabby and disgusting. I thought I had found a good hotel that was reasonably priced that i could use when visiting relatives in the midlands. I would never recommend this place and would never use it again. I also need to mention I was awoke at 1.30am in the morning to 3 police officer trying to gain entry into the secured building by nearly putting the door through whilst banging on it. They were looking for a 18 year old man I know this as they woke me up banging on my hotel room door....frightend yes, angry yes, did I sleep again....NO"

Molti ristoranti e negozi vicino.La camera di McDonald, ecc. La stanza era una buona dimensione con un letto molto comodo.Televisione intelligente La colazione è molto buona. Un valore per soldi. "Had a big problem at check in time. Had 2 separate bookings and both of them caused alot of stress and issues. Had to check in on both occasions and at one point i was charged again but luckily my payment never went through. I was notified half an hour after payment was attempted. Booking with this website caused so much confusion with the hotel rates. Rates on this site are definitely cheaper however it dors cause alot of confusion and un-necessary stress with does not help the situation. Great thanks to Vincent and Beata who were a great help and managed to solve the situation out and they did a handover in the morning and yet we had a problem!!!"

"Horrendous! Absolutely shocking arrived at property room offered originally, had broken sockets with exposed wiring, smashed TV, half drunk cups of coffee, the beds were made but clearly sheets had not been changed, generally un clean, with broken furniture, dirty walls and stains everywhere. Was then offered 3 different rooms but the more we saw the worse it got. Wish we'd have took pictures bit just had to get out of there. Manager tried to help as much as he could and gave a full refund."
