Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 4 notti. Dall’aeroporto dista circa 1h di macchina ma lo staff si occupa del trasferimento e il tragitto da percorrere è molto bello. Ottima struttura con bellissima vista sulla baia (consiglio le camere premium che hanno una vista più ampia anche se per raggiungerle bisogna camminare un po’). Le camere sono pulite e spaziose con minibar incluso e comoda macchinetta espresso. Anche i teli da mare sono forniti. Meravigliosa la terrazza. Le escursioni organizzate dall’hotel sono ben organizzate e molto interessanti. La colazione andrebbe un po’ ampliata (la scelta è un po’ limitata). Il servizio pranzo molto buono con possibilità di mangiare sia a bordo piscina che internamente. Il mio voto non è più alto per il servizio cena. Personale molto distratto e a tratti disorientato. Andrebbe assolutamente migliorato questo aspetto. Consiglio di visitare la spiaggia a pochi passi dall’hotel (raggiungibile anche con un scala dal giardino della struttura)

From the moment we arrived at the airport until the moment we were dropped off, we were treated like royalty! The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. I cannot wait to come back! Thank you to everyone at Le Nuku Hiva for a truly unforgettable experience experience

Excellent hotel, incredible to offer such high quality in such a remote place. The cuisine was the best we have had in French Polynesia. The staff is outstanding, every single person working there is just excellent, very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Already dreaming about coming back !

I liked it here so far the view is beautiful and I am happy about the staff and they have a library as well. The rooms are good but the sockets in the wall are too old and some appliances. The balcony floor needs repainting. Helpful staff.

We sailed to the Marquesas from Panama on our 42' yacht. After 30 days at sea we wanted to have a cocktail at the famous Pearl Lodge happy hour on a Friday night. My parents were wondering if they could visit us here in Nuku Hiva and so we thought we'd kill two birds with one stone by having a drink and checking out the hotel. Our experience was one of strange disinterest. "Happy Hour" was suddenly reservation only even though the bar was empty and the patio empty. The restaurant was full of people in t-shirts even though my wife and I managed business casual after a month at sea. They did get us a prompt taxi ($5 USD per Person) as we didn't want to walk the road back in the dark. We had a blast at the various Snacks (restaurants) and cultural festival (July). My advice is if your looking for actual high end accommodations you'd be better off on a different island and instead keep your Nuku Hiva experience more local. The island is charming even if the lodge is confused about their mission of hospitality.

A bit variable level on the quality and service! Extremely arrogant people on the booking/reservation giving wrong info and then never apologize. Staff is very nice when it os slow, but most of the time they are understaffed and then unfriendly since they can not service everyone. If you get a dinner/breakfast time, they expect you to come much earlier, otherwise they become annoyed. I.e If breakfast is 7-9, you show up 8.30 they start taking away the buffe at 8.45? The free minibar contains two sodas and two beer😄. Food is good and well prepared.

Superbes bungalows - Restauration très soignée et personnel très compétent et à l'écoute des clients. Un petit plus pour notre guide Halida proposée par hôtel qui est très compétente et impliquée. L'excursion de la vallée de Hatibeu sur la journée permet de découvrir l'ile et toute ses splendeurs.

We loved the lodge!!! Our room was very clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed and the bathroom was also just right. The view of the bay and mountains from the shower, bathroom and bedroom was wonderful. Actually, the views from the pool decks and restaurant were fantastic, too! We felt very welcome by everyone and there were attentive to our needs. The food was delicious and at breakfast and dinner we had different options. The tour to Hatiheu was amazing! We already suggested that all passengers must be inside the car to enjoy the information provided by guide/driver, who is speaking in French and then in English. We were seated in the back side of the truck from where we had amazing views but no information during the time of transportation. We were happy there!

Stayed here last minute on buisness, I had a very pleasant stay, very clean and the food was amazing. All staff were very attentive and the room was very comfortable with amazing views. So relaxing and peaceful.
