Octavio from the bell desk at The Grand Mayan turned my trip around. I had nothing but issues since I arrived but he made up for it when I was leaving. His customer service was outstanding. I wish everyone I encountered was as helpful as him.

Mabel at the joy club in the grand bliss pool was great. She created an awesome ambiance at the game hour and was really attentive to the kids

We loved our time playing games at the pool every day. Mabel, Angel and Tania were the best!!! We are absolutely coming back again and again. They make the pool time so much fun!! Salvador and Jose at the pool bar are also amazing! All of the pool staff and Joy Squad make everything that much better!!

Amazing experience at The Grand Bliss! Beautiful pools, excellent service, and so many fun activities. Perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Can’t wait to come back!

It has been a really complete experience, there is a Lot of activities to do, from Texas hold em, blackjack, tennis and a whole bunch of cool pools and water activities. I highly recommend to spend at least a week to try a Lot of things.

While Vidanta properties are amazing, the Vidanta Staff are what makes the difference. We enjoy spending time at the Pools and the Joy Squad and Service Staff make the stay extra special. Thanks to Eduardo, Danna, Elizabeth and Maseros Erik and Hector
